Accessibility
Apartment is particularly suited for young children as ground floor and safe secure environment. As the apartment is all on one level it would be suited for individuals with poor mobility.

Coast/Beach
The apartment is just a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach and only a few minutes walk to the two harbours, restaurants, shops and bus stop.
Special interest holidays
El Cotillo is excellent for kite surfing, windsurfing and surfing. The local lagoons are also excellent for snorkeling and fishing. Flag Beach, a twenty minute drive away, provides lessons for those wishing to learn or improve their skills in kite surfing and windsurfing.
Travel
Car hire is recommended and the apartment is about 40 minutes from the airport. There is also a good bus service available. We can also arrange for parties to be picked up from the airport.
Distances
The apartment is just a few minutes walk away from the village shops, restaurants, bars and harbours. Approximately a twenty minute drive away is a large town with all the usual holiday attractions including a water park.
Further details
The appartment is easy to find. As you enter the village of El Cotillo take the very first turning left. Follow the road round and after the bend our appartment is half way down on the right. Number 11 El Carmen is our address.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% is required on booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. Bookings for all time periods considered.
