Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds for up to 4 persons. There is a charge of £75 per person per week for each extra person up to a maximum of 8 persons.
Children under 2 are free. Discounts may be available for late bookings (no more than 21 days before holiday commencement) Please enquire for detail.
Changeover day
Changeover day is usually Thursday to Thursday but other days will be considered depending on availability. The villa will be ready by 3.pm on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on your day of departure.

Fresh towels are provide twice a week and bed sheets are changed weekly should your stay be for longer than a week. The pool is cleaned twice a week. |
Notes on accommodation
The three bedrooms upstairs in the main villa have air conditioning.
Please note that the walls surrounding the terraces are low and young children must be supervised at all times.

Accessibility
Please note that due to the villa's hillside location and layout on 3 levels, it may not be suitable for the elderly or persons with walking difficulties.
Outside
Outside there are both covered and outdoor patio areas with outside dining facilities. There are separate sunbathing and dining terraces including a BBQ area with outside sink and seating for up to 10 people. The heated 8m x 4m swimming pool has steps leading into the shallow end making it easily accessible and has a gentle gradient to the deep end. There is also a playhouse with a slide to occupy the younger members and a 13ft trampoline with safety net.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Flamingo beach which has a manmade sheltered cove for swimming. There are shops and restaurants adjacent to the beach. It is approx 2km from the villa and takes around 20 to 25 mins to walk there. A taxi would cost you approx 3 euros.
Travel
Playa Blanca is a 30 minute drive from the main airport of Arecife. There is a ferry service from the port at Playa Blanca accross to Fuertaventura and only takes 12 minutes on the Fred Olson ferry. To fully appreciate the island a car is recommended.
Distances
A short distance from Playa Blanca centre (approx 1km) is Papagaya. This has some of the most beautiful stretches of golden beaches on the island. There is also a commercial centre with restaurants and bars and a recently completed marina which has some of the best restaurants on the island and has an abundance of designer shops and also a shopping centre with a bowling alley and bars.
Further details
The resort of Playa Blanca is now one of the main tourist centres on the island. Its beaches, watersports, scenery, restaurants and bars ensure that it has something to offer for everyone.
All the local banks speak English as do most of the tourist shops, restaurants and bars. Canarian hospitality is second to none and you can be assured of a warm welcome whereever you go.
Booking notes
After the initial enquiry, the requested period will be reserved for 24 hours. To secure the booking confirmation is required and a booking form will be emailed to you. This must be completed and returned within 7 days along with a non-returnable deposit of 25% of the total cost of the holiday within 10 working days from receipt of the booking form. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.
A copy of holiday insurance must be provided before the start of the holiday.
