Stunning new luxury villa on the prestigious golf resort near the popular town of Caleta De Fuste. A mere 10 minutes drive from the airport. The villa is front line to the golf course and is situated directly on the 6th fairway overlooking the exclusive 5* Elba Golf hotel which is also the clubhouse where golfers can enjoy a drink on the terrace. The villa oozes luxury throughout. The furnishings are of the highest standard and the services a local interior designer, who has designed the show houses, has helped create a 5* ambiance from the stunning four poster bed to the Indonesian outdoor dining table with eight carver chairs. Very well situated the villa has an array of local amenities. Just a 10 minute walk away is the main Atlantico shopping centre where you can find a large supermarket, jewellers, restaurants, bi-lingual cinema complex and bowling alley. A taxi from the centre to the villa is just 3 euros so whilst car hire would be beneficial it is certainly not essential.

Towels and linen provided. The villa is cleaned upon arrival and for those guests staying for 2 weeks the villa is cleaned at the end of the first week. We recommend you bring your own beach towels. |
Notes on accommodation
The air-conditioning system installed in the property is individually controlled in each room. It also provides heating to rooms on the rare occasion that this may be required!!
The villa is brand new (completed February 2008) and has only been available for rent since April 2008.

Accessibility
The villa is all on one level and there is only a maximum of one step to deal with outside the villa. The roof terrace however accessed by a flight of steps and so would not be accessible for the more infirm.
Outside
The villa stands on its own plot and is fenced all around and is gated to the front.There is a secure intercom access system from the street. There are 8 sun loungers dotted around the pool and a very large Indonesian wooden table and 8 carver armchairs for alfresco dining situated under a pergola. The villa has the benefit of astra turf which provides a safe environment for children to play. The pool itself is 9m x 4m and has child friendly roman steps. A large BBQ completes the pool area perfectly! The spiral staircase leads to the large roof terrace (almost the same size as the villa) where you can soak up the breathtaking views.
Coast/Beach
Fuerteventura is world famous for its white sandy beaches and breathtaking sand dunes. You will not be disappointed! The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk away but it really is worth getting out and about discovering the virtually deserted beaches in the less populated areas.
Golf
The golf course hosted the 2004 Spanish Open and is considered to be one of the best. There is also another golf course minutes away (literally next door) for those golfers wishing to play more that one course. Other courses can be found on the island.
Travel
The nearest airport in a 10 minute drive away and car hire is recommended, though not essential. Taxis are cheap and there is a good bus service.
Booking notes
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required with your booking and the remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to travelling.
Damage deposit required upon arrial a villa of either 200 euros or £150.00. This will be returned to you on your departure day should here be no damage.
