The property is maintained by our management team in Tenerife and they personally meet you at the villa. They will show you around and make sure you are fully settled before they leave you the keys.
They live locally and are on call should you need them.

Balance 8 weeks before arrival. If holiday less than 8 weeks away then full balance due.
A £250 security deposit (refundable) is taken with final balance on every booking.
