This amazing detached private villa is with spectacular sea and mountain views. It has its own private heated pool, gymnasium, games room, 32m x 17m sand floodlight football pitch/volleyball court, children's 25m x 16m sand playground with swings, slide and table tennis area. Several huge sun terraces with stunning sea views. Huge off street parking area. A large separate additional 2 bedroom apartment for the larger groups, free internet access, many TVs throughout with BBC1, BBC2, ITV, C4, C5, sports channels plus DVD players. Master bedroom 11m x 5m with walk-in wardrobes, large en-suite with jacuzzi bath, walk in shower. 2nd bedroom 12m x 7m with double bed, 2 single beds, air conditioning, en-suite with jacuzzi bath/separate shower. There are 3 other double bedrooms and 4 bath/shower rooms. Fully fitted kitchen has dishwasher, American fridge with ice machine. Lounge 14m x 6m with split level dining area, 42 inch plasma TV.

Notes on prices
All prices are based on the villa for 10 people The main villa does sleep 14 persons. For extra guests in the main villa please add £100 per person.
For the additional 2 bedroom apartment that sleeps 4, please add £300 per week or £350 for Xmas and New Year weeks.
If you want to book this property, we will require a deposit of £150 per week. As I personally meet all guests on arrival, you can pay me once you are here in cash, euros, sterling travellers cheques.

We offer an any day changeover on this villa.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom: 11m x 5m with walk-in wardrobes and large en-suite.
Bedroom 2: 12m x 7m with double bed, 2 single beds, en-suite and a/c.
3 other double bedrooms.
2 x bedrooms (in apartment).
Bathrooms: Main bathroom has wc, jacuzzi bath and shower.
En-suite to bed 1 with jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower.
En suite to bed 2 with jacuzzi bath and shower.
Bathroom in apartment has wc, jacuzzi bath and shower.
External shower room with wc.
Kitchen: The fully fitted kitchen has all that you would expect find in a villa of this quality. Including, cooker with hob, American fridge/freezer with ice machine and cold water, dishwasher, microwave etc.
Utility Room: The utility room has all your washing facilities including washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, large sink etc.
Living Rooms: Large split level lounge with dining area, sofas, BBC1, BBC2 ITV, channel 4 and channel 5, DVD, and a 42 inch Plasma TV. There is also study which consists of having a desk area with internet access.
Other: Gymnasium with equipment. Huge external sand football pitch/volleyball court. Huge external sand children’s playground with swings and slide.
Cleaning/towels/

All bathroom towels are provided. All bed linen is provided. All bed linen will changed after the first week.

Notes on accommodation
Quality furniture and matching bed linen and curtains. Prices are based 10 people sharing the main villa and all is facilities. An additional £250 is requested for the use of the 2 bedroom apartment that sleeps 4. If the apartment is not required, please be rest assured that the apartment will not be rented out to any one else. If you want to go ahead and book this property, we will require a deposit of £150. As I personally meet all guests on arrival, you can pay me once you are here in cash, euros, sterling travellers cheques.

Accessibility
There are about 10 steps leading to the villa. Once in the villa all rooms including pool area and terrace are all on the same level. Games room and gymnasium are separate from the main villa.

Outside
There are several terraces around the villa all with spectacular sea and mountain views. There are 12 sun beds and several sets of patio furniture. The BBQ is for your enjoyment. The huge plot has garden areas with irrigation system. The heated pool measures 8m x 4m and the only access to this area is through a children’s safety gate. Our stylish new heated pool has been constructed to the highest level by a local established company. Its main features are the roman styled steps that lead into the pool. The shallow end is approx 1m deep end is 1.4m deep. It has been fully tiled to a high standard. The pool heating and filtration system all works on a timer therefore there is no maintenance required. There is a safety ring nearby. If you intend to use a pool whilst on holiday in Tenerife we strongly recommend that you choose a villa with a heated pool. Although the all year climate in Tenerife is perfect and temperature can full at night.

Coast/Beach
The beach of San Juan is about 5km away from the special villa.

Golf
From this villa 3 major golf courses can be reached easily by car. Abama Golf complex distance 3km. Golf Costa Adeje distance 6km. Golf Las Americas distance 10km. We can arrange on your behalf a private taxi service that will take you and pick you up when finished to the course of your choice. For further information please contact us.

Travel
The nearest airport is Reina Sofia (Tenerife South) which is about a 25 min drive away. Plenty of taxis are available at the airport which will cost about 30 euros each way. For your airport transfers we recommend a local company – please contact for details.

Distances
Town of Adeje is 6km away. Town of San Juan is 5km away. The busy towns of Las Americas and Los Cristianos are about 10km away about 12 euros each way. There is a nearby taxi service and bus stop from the villa.

The owner of this property lives 1 min drive away. He is on hand at all times in case of any unforeseen matters. The owner also maintains the property on a regular basis in order to keep the villa to a high standard throughout. You will be greeted on arrival to be shown around the villa and to give general advice regarding the local area. We would also like to mention that the villa is in an established residential area therefore there is no building work going on near or around this property. We require a £150 deposit. You can pay by paying funds direct into our HSBC, Barclays account in the UK or sending a cheque to our address in Essex or for clients outside the UK you can pay direct into our euro account from any other euro account. Balance can be paid by the above ways 8 weeks before arrival or pay cash on arrival in the form of sterling, euros or travellers cheques.
