Welcome to Casa Te Bonita, a modern villa furnished to a very high standard, situated between the Rubicon Marina and the famous Papagayo beaches, both a 15 min walk. Leather and suede sofas provide comfort whilst relaxing in front of the flat screen Satellite TV or listening to your Ipod/PSP/mobile on the media dock. Full mountain views to the left and a seaview to the front, which is only a 5 min walk, ensures an overall peaceful setting. The sun follows the villa around the patio and heated pool area all day making relaxing or unwinding in the evening even more enjoyable. With a supermarket and children's play area, restaurants and carhire within 5 min walk, convenience is guaranteed. Playa Blanca is a 30 min stroll or 3.50e in a taxi or use the free bikes. Rubicon marina boasts quality, reasonably priced restaurants, bars, snack bars, a bowling alley, mini golf and a shopping centre to suit all tastes. A relaxing atmosphere with the feeling of home will make your holiday perfect.

Changeover day
Thursdays and Sundays are the preferred days but we will try to book whatever day is the cheapest flight day for you (subject to bookings on either side).

Bedroom 1 with a king size double bed, fitted wardrobes, drawers, bedside drawer units. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, built in wardrobes, en-suite. Ceiling fans for your comfort. Hairdryer, travel cot and secure safe are provided free for your use. |

Main bathroom next door to bedroom 1 with toilet, bath/shower and wash basin. En-suite has bath/shower, bidet and wash basin. Downstairs shower room has toilet and wash basin and storage cupboard, iron and ironing board, and inflatables for the pool. |

Kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave, oven with a halogen hob and extractor, full size fridge/freezer, stainless steel kettle, 2 x toasters, breville toaster and more crockery, glasses, utensils and sharp knives, as you would expect at home. |

Solana/utility room has a washing machine and clothes maiden, also cleaning equipment, mops brushes etc. |
| Living Rooms: |
A spacious sized living/dining room seating 6, and a large leather settee and suede settee/double sofa bed, a 32 inch flat screen TV with Satelite/DVD, Xbox, media station, CD/mp3 player, lamps with dimmers to set the mood for a relaxing evening. |

Apart from the second bedroom, each room has access to the patio/balcony area through patio doors on both the ground and first floor. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included in the price (not beach towels). The villa will be cleaned once a week with a towel and linen change. A daily clean can be done at your request at a cost of 12 euros per hour. |
Notes on accommodation
The rental price shown is for the villa and not per guest, and is the same all year round (Christmas extra £50pw). The price reflects a new property being introduced to the rental market. We provide 4 mountain bikes and a brick built BBQ for you to use all included in the price. We are confident that once you have experienced Lanzarote in our villa, comparisons to quality versus price will be appreciated. The villa is suitable for families with children or elderly as it is set in a peaceful location but not to far from the lovely restaurants and amenities.

Outside
The large patio is more than enough for the large 6 seated patio table and 4 sun loungers. The 3x5m private pool is solar heated all year round, with a depth of 1.3m x 1.5m. There is also private parking for those that hire a car to tour this fabulous island. A large brick BBQ with a gazeebo runs along then patio for you to relax and unwind in. the mountain bikes are situated at the rear of the villa for you to use if you want to cruise along the sea front paths.
Coast/Beach
The nature reserve Papagayo beaches are a 15 min walk over the hillside that drops you into the golden sand beaches. Playa Blanca is the southern most town on the island and benefits from the maximum sun available. Walk to Marina Rubicon from the villa and onto the golden beach of Playa Dorada, from there, walk another 10 mins to the centre of Playa Blanca with its shops, bars and restaraunts and other beachs.
Golf
There is an international golf course at Costa Teguise, a 35 min drive away. A 9 hole pitch and put is just a 15 min walk along the coastal path just beyond the marina. A 27 hole golf course is due soon.
Special interest holidays
Cycling for enthusiasts is a must, as lanzarote hosts fantastic roads for cyclists to enjoy, whether you are a keen cyclist or would rather enjoy a peaceful cycle along the coastal path, the choice is yours. Bikes can be rented from Playa Blanca at reasonable rates, which are discounted the longer the rental. Marina Rubicon is ideal for people who like to scuba, sail and enjoy life on the water. There are kayaks for the kids. Rubicon Marina hosts the most magnificent yachts, bars and restaraunts overlooking the marina, which entertains the children watching and feeding the fish swim below you whilst you dine. There is also a bowling alley in the shopping centre at the marina.
Travel
Arrecife airport is an easy 30 min drive away. Car hire is recommended but is definitely not essential. If you do not want to hire a car, a taxi will take you to Playa Blanca for approx. 40 euros. We can provide a private car transfer for 30 euros which will take you directly to the villa. Local taxi service to centre of Playa Blanca approx. 3.50 euros. If you wish to visit places of interest on the island we would recommend car hire.
Booking notes
A £100 per week deposit (ie £200 for a 2 week stay) is required at the time of booking. The full balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. In addition, a separate deposit of £100 is required by cash/cheque (not banked, returned at end of holiday). Please note that this villa has a NO smoking policy, however, there are large external patio/terrace areas for this purpose.
