The apartment is a 10 minute drive from Arrecife Airport, situated in the old harbour area of Puerto Del Carmen. The nearest beach is a two minute drive and there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is situated on a quiet complex with two communal pools connected by a slide. Recently refurbished, benefitting from new bathroom fittings, new kitchen, new floor and wall tiles throughout.

Changeover day
Changeover day is normally Thursday but this is flexible.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | The bedroom area contains two single beds and bedside cabinets which can be pushed together if required. A CD player/clock/radio/alarm is also provided. |
| Bathrooms: | Newly refitted bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. All tiles have been replaced and the room newly decorated. Hairdryer facility in the bathroom. |
| Kitchen: | Brand new L-shaped kitchen with all new appliances - two ring hob, fridge and microwave, toaster, kettle and caffetiere. All crockery and cutlery is new also. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room has a table and chairs, TV, DVD player and satellite TV. A CD player is also available, together with a selection of DVDs, CDs, books and games. Photographs of the interior will follow very shortly. |
| Other: | The apartment has just been completely gutted and refurbished. All tiling has been replaced and the apartment newly decorated. There is a balcony area with table and chairs and 2 sun loungers where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views and sunbathe. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
There is a maid service once a week when the apartment will be cleaned and clean linen and towels provided. |

Around the pool is a sunbathing area with numerous sun beds and umbrellas available at no charge, there is also a pool bar from which you can buy food and drinks and a pool table.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is a 2 minute drive away or a 10-15 minute walk around the harbour. There is also a larger beach 10 minutes drive away.
Golf
The long awaited Lanzarote Golf Resort has now opened just outside Puerto del Carmen. The eighteen hole, 72 par course is 6,133 metres long and was designed by the well-known American golf course designer, Ron Kirby. Its location on the hills overlooking Puerto del Carmen gives it the incredible backdrop of the Atlantic ocean and the course itself is planted with numerous mature palm trees and other indigenous plants. Mindful of the environmental impact, the course has been sympathetically laid out to minimise its impact upon the surrounding countryside and incorporates an irrigation system that uses recycled water.
The friendly bi-lingual staff at the Golf Resort will be happy to assist anyone who wants to play a round of golf, from the absolute beginner to advanced golfers who want to improve their game. Buggies, electronic trolleys and clubs are all available to hire, whilst an experienced instructor is also on hand for those who wish to take lessons.
Travel
The airport is a 10 minute drive from the apartment. Car hire is available here or if not required there taxis are available at a cost of approximately 10 euros (£7).
Booking notes
An £85 per week non-refundable deposit is required on booking, with the outstanding balance to be paid eight weeks before departure.
