In a quiet residential area, yet with sandy beaches and the many local bars, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The Old Town with its beautiful harbour and fabulous fish restaurants is also within walking distance. Car hire is not necessary unless you want to explore the island.

Changeover day
Usually Thursday but we will be as flexible as possible.
Arrival 2.00pm departure by 10.00am to allow for cleaning and preparing the villa. Luggage storage can be arranged for people on late flights.

Outside there is a garden and patio area with 8 sunloungers and a seating area for 8 people.
The private swimming pool is approx. 9m x 3m and is heated during winter months.
There is also a barbecue.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful sandy beaches of Puerto del Carmen are a 10 minute walk from the villa.
Travel
The nearest airport is Arrecife. Casa Maya is approx. 10 minutes by car/taxi.
Car hire is not necessary.
Booking notes
A £200 deposit secures any booking. Balance due 8 weeks prior to departure.
