Large detached typically Canarian style villa that sleeps up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms. Villa Nicola is on the new Salinas de Antigua 18 hole golf course which is next to the existing Fuerteventura Golf Course in Caleta de Fuste. The villa has an interesting design with the accommodation being centred around an internal courtyard. It is furnished to a very high standard and has a private heated and covered 9m x 4m swimming pool and separate 2m round childrens pool ideal for toddlers in the family. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a lounge/dining room and fully fitted kitchen. Shutters on all of the doors and windows ensure the villa is cool year round. Outside there are plenty of sunbeds as well as outdoor dining table for alfresco dining and a barbecue. The villa is on a large 800 sq m plot with its own landscaped gardens. The villa has views over the golf course to the sea and is only a short walk away from the Atlantico Centre where there are shops, bars, restaurants and the beach.

Notes on prices
Above prices are for 4 people sharing villa. An additional £25 per person may be charged for between 5-8 guests.
Pool heating is included during the winter months (from 1st November - end April). If heating is required outside these dates there is an additional charge of £75 per week.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Normally, entrance to the villa is from 3pm and departure is at 10am. However this is flexible depending on new guests arrival times and it may be possible to stay in villa longer if required.

Bath towels and bedlinen are included in the price. The villa is cleaned prior to arrival and for a 2 week stay bedlinen and towels are changed midstay. If additional cleaning is required this can be arranged at extra cost. Beach towels not supplied. |
Notes on accommodation
All rooms have ceiling fans and shutters on all the doors and windows ensure the villa is cool. There are also mosquito nets on the doors and windows.
The master bedroom also benefits from its own flat screen TV with Playstation 2/DVD player.

Accessibility
The villa is on one level and so may be suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
Villa Nicola is on a large detached private plot. Outside there are plenty of sunbeds, dining table and chairs, barbecue and private heated (during winter months) 9m x 4m swimming pool and separate 2m round childrens pool. The gardens are landscaped in a typically Canarian fashion. There is plenty of sunbathing terrace. There is private parking for the villa and access is via gates and there is an intercom system to the house.
Coast/Beach
Villa Nicola is about a 15 minute walk to the beach situated in front of the Atlantico Centre in Caleta de Fuste. This beach has lovely white sand and sheltered bays and is ideal for children. There are pedaloes on the beach. The main beach in Caleta is a further 20 minute walk where there are jet bikes and windsurfers to hire.
Golf
Villa Nicola is situated on the 18 hole Salinas de Antigua Golf Course. The 18 hole Fuerteventura Golf Course is also right next door which means there are 2, 18 hole courses to play within walking distance.
Travel
The nearest airport is the Fuerteventura Airport and this is a 15 minute car drive away. A hire car is recommended in order to see the whole of the island but is not essential. Taxis are cheap and are readily available. If you want to spend a week in the same resort then a car is not necessary.
Distances
The nearest town is Caleta de Fuste which is approximately 30 minutes by foot or a 5 minute drive away. Here there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.
Further details
Close to Villa Nicola is the Hotel Elba Sara (5 minute walk), The Sheraton Hotel (10 minute walk) and the Atlantico Centre where there are shops, bars and restaurants and a bank. There is a large Spar supermarket in the Atlantico Centre which is the best place to buy groceries etc.
Booking notes
Once you have confirmed you wish to book the villa I will email you a booking form which should be returned with £100 deposit (cheque). The balance will then be due 6 weeks prior to arrival in villa.
