Very private south facing garden,with palm trees , cactii and flowers, completely closed,and not overviewed for absolute privacy and attractive terrace with covered dining area.Sheltered from winds. Heated swimming-pool (8 x 4 metres), table, chairs and sunbeds. Garden and terrace have stunning views to the sea and the island of Fuerteventura. Barbecue for al fresco dining.

The Papagayo beaches are a short walk away. Playa Blanca is only 1.5 miles away with numerous restaurants, bars, shops, and several beaches.

Travel
Nearest airport is Arrecife which is half an hour's drive from the villa. Car hire is not essential. However we recommend hiring a car, driving along the island and discovering its unbelievable places. Information about the island is available in the villa. We can also provide information about rent-a-car companies, with competitive prices.

Las Coloradas is considered to be the most exclusive area in Playa Blanca, with the beautiful Ajaches mountains behind, and the Papagayo beaches are a short walk away.
Two supermarkets and several excellent restaurants are available within easy walking distance.
There are several first level hotels and apart-hotels in the complex with an extensive range of services which can be used.( bars , restaurants, Gym, Massage, ...)
Lanzarote is an island with almost perpetual sunshine, particularly in the favoured South, and it is for this reason that Playa Blanca is now recognised as the ideal location for those wishing to soak up the sun but at the same time enjoying the benefits of peace and tranquility.
The village has several nice beaches within easy walking distance, and a variety of excellent restaurants, bars, some supermarkets, shops, banks, and a lovely promenade of more than 4 miles with breathtaking views on the island of Fuertaventura.
The little harbour acts a host to visiting yachtsmen and local fishermen and it is the main terminal for the daily car ferry service with the neighbouring island. Various glass bottom ships, and even a submarine, allow the wonderful sea bed in the area to be discovered. All kind of water sports can be practiced including sailing and fishing.
