Las Coronas is an exclusive development situated frontline in Costa Teguise next to the hotel Las Coronas Playa. The island is generally hot and sunny for 12 months of the year. Our beautifully furnished ground floor apartment is ideal for children and the less mobile visitor. It is located towards the bottom of the complex, near to the sea and boasts lovely side sea views from the terrace. The open plan lounge offers comfortable sofas and coffee tables with lamps for cosy nights in. For those who like to dine ouside, there is a table and chairs on the outside terrace and plenty of lighting. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one has a bath and shower and the other just a shower. There is plenty of wardrobe space and the apartment has been refurbished to a very high standard. Granite worktops add a touch of luxury as do the beautiful furnishings throughout the apartment.

Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, reading wall lights, dresser with mirror and fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds with a lamp for reading and a free standing wardrobe and bedside cabinet.
There is a double sofa bed in the lounge. |

The property has two bathrooms. One has a toilet, bath with shower in it and the other has a shower and toilet. Both bathrooms are decorated to a high standard. |
| Kitchen: |
Our beautiful kitchen boasts black granite worksurfaces, light beech units and cream wall and floor tiles. The appliances are all new and fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster are all in matching stainless steel. There are plenty of cooking utensils. |
| Utility Room: |
We have a large cupboard in the hall where the ironing board, iron and cleaning materials can be stored. |
| Living Rooms: |
Our lounge is very comfortably furnished with two soft sofas that convert to beds, a wall unit, television with dvd player, coffee tables, lamps and nice curtains. |

The outside terrace is a sun trap, but we have a canopy which can be rolled down to provide shade. The terrace is well lit, to ensure comfortable evenings on the terrace.
We also have a dining area inside the apartment, with a table and four chairs. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Cleaning and linen changes are provided once a week but more frequent cleans and or additional towels/bedding can be arranged at an extra cost (to be agreed locally with the cleaner). |

Accessibility
We can arrange locally for a ramp to be installed for disabled guests.
Coast/Beach
Guests are provided with a key to the gate which leads directly from the complex onto the promenade. If you walk for a few minutes along the promenade you will come to a small beach. Another few minutes along will bring you to a larger beach. The main beach of Costa Teguise is a 15 minute walk along the promenade.
Travel
The apartment is approximately 15 minutes away from the airport. A taxi will cost in the region of 17 to 20 euros each way.
Distances
The main town centre is a mere 10 minutes stroll along the promenade. If you walk out of the other end of the complex, you will find bars, supermarkets and restaurants all within a 1 minute walk!
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking with the balance being due no later that 8 weeks prior to departure.
