Villa Montaña Vista is an exceptional villa and is located in the exclusive residential area of Las Coloradas, the large spacious detached villa is furnished to a high standard throughout with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The newly built 12ft x 24ft solar heated pool has walk-in steps for ease of access and is set in private walled gardens with superb mountain views. At the rear of the villa you will find another terrace area for relaxing or al fresco dining. The villa has shutters to all windows and patio door along with mosquito nets to bedroom and lounge windows. Being only a few minutes walk from the sea, this is the ideal peaceful location to relax with family or friends.

Changeover day
Thursday is the main changeover day for the island of Lanzarote but we are happy to accommodate different days if possible.

Bedrooms: Spacious master bedroom with King Size bed and en suite bathroom. Large second bedroom has twin beds, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside table and chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Bathrooms: Both large bathrooms have double washhand basins set in vanity units with marble surround and large mirrors above, baths with overhead shower, bidet and WC. Hairdryers are supplied in each bathroom.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with inset ceramic hob with extractor oven, full cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle etc. There is also a ceiling fan. The kitchen looks out onto the terrace area at the rear of the villa.
Utility Room: The covered utility room has a washing machine and clothes airer, iron and board.
Living Rooms: The lounge/dining room is furnished with two comfortable leather settees, LCD TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, hi-fi with MP3 player connection. The lounge looks out onto the swimming pool and the patio doors lead out onto the terrace.
Other: A safe is supplied in the villa.

Bathroom towels and linen are provided and changed weekly(please bring your own beach towels). The villa and pool are cleaned weekly.

Notes on accommodation
The property is ideal for families or couples who are wanting to spend their holiday relaxing in safe and private surroundings.
There is a guest book in the villa which gives you information on the villa itself and places to visit on the island, we are also nearby to answer any questions you may have while staying at the villa.
We ask that you do not smoke in the villa but of course you are welcome to smoke on the terrace.

Outside
Villa Montana Vista is in a south facing elevated position with a beautiful landscaped garden. There are two terraces, one terrace is situated at the rear of the villa, the main terrace surrounds the newly built large solar heated pool. There are table and chairs on both terraces along with reclining sun loungers. There is a also a barbeque for guests use in the garden.

Coast/Beach
The villa is close to the wonderful unspoilt beaches of Papagayo being approximately a 15 minute walk away, Dorada beach which has sunbeds/umbrellas to hire and many watersports is a 5 minute drive away. A stroll along the beautiful promenade will bring you to the 400 berth Marina Rubicon which has many fantastic restaurants and bars where you can sit and eat or simply have a drink and enjoy the view.

Golf
There are two 18-hole golf courses on the island, one is located approximately 25 minutes drive away the other is a 45 minute drive. There is also a very nice 9 hole pitch and putt course in Playa Blanca.

Travel
Arrecife airport is approximately a 30 minute drive from Playa Blanca, a hire car is recommended if you wish to visit the many places of interest on Lanzarote - we can offer advice on local car hire companies. The island of Fuerteventura is only a short ferry ride away, the port is a 10 mins car journey away.

Distances
Playa Blanca is a 5 minute drive from the villa, here you will find many seafront bars, cafes and restaurants and a pedestrianised shopping area. Playa Blanca has a bus service which runs every 30 minutes from early morning to late evening from las coloradas to all the different areas of the resort.

Further details
In the village of Las Coloradas (El Pueblo) which is a few minutes walk away, there is an excellent supermarket selling fresh meat/fish/fruit etc, a couple of excellent restaurants, cafe/bar, sports bar, playground and various other shops along with a 5-star hotel.

Local activities are mountain biking, diving, fishing, sailing, tennis, walking. Camel riding and horse trekking are available approximately a 20 minute drive away.

Booking notes
£100 per week non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the villa, the full balance is due 8 weeks prior to your holiday.

Guest comments
The photographs do not begin to convey the quality of this villa it has everything that we could wish for on our holiday. Spotless on arrival and furnished to a very high standard both internally and externally. We enjoyed a very tranquil week due to the location of this villa, away from it all but close to some fine restaurants for quality dining.

After 20 or more years of visiting the Canaries at least once
a year our stay at Villa Montana Vista has to be the most
peaceful of all. The villa is exactly as described and offers a situation and lifestyle that requires very little effort to become totally at ease with.

What a great villa exactly as described,the perfect place for that quiet do your own thing holiday. Would I go back! Without a doubt firmly on our calender for another trip possibly this winter. Highly recommended.
