The apartment is bright and clean and just a stone's throw from the beach. The kitchen is well equipped with kettle, microwave, oven and hob and washing machine. The bathroom has a bath and shower. The large balcony has superb views towards the famous "Red Mountain" and the sea. El Médano, famous for its windsurfing is only a 15 mins drive to Los Cristianos and Las Americas.

Accessibility
Unfortunately this apartment is not suitable for people with mobility problems as there are stairs up to it.
Outside
Balcony has table and 4 chairs, overlooking the pool with sunloungers and showers. Although the pool is shared it is very quiet.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is 2 minutes' walk from the lovely El Médano beach which has been awarded the European Blue Flag.
Golf
Tenerife has many wonderful golf courses, the nearest of which is just 10 minutes away by car.
Travel
The airport (Reina Sofia) is only 10km away, Los Cristianos about 15km (which has a ferry service to La Gomera) and the capital Santa Cruz is 65km away (ferry service to the other islands). A bus service is available for all of these and there is no need to hire a car.
Distances
The nearby town of San Isidro with its many shops is just 5km away and the old town of Granadilla is 10km.
Further details
There are many shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and banks all within easy walking distance. There is also a market in the square every Saturday.
Booking notes
Depending on the time of the booking a 50% deposit is usually required with the rest paid in cash on arrival. Late bookings will be by arrangement.

We liked El Medano and your apartment very much. Everything we needed, a beautiful view towards the sea and Montana Roja. Very quiet surroundings, yet very centrally located. So if we sometime decide to go back to Tenerife, I hope we are welcome to inquire about your apartment again
