This beautiful villa is available for families and couples to rent throughout the year. The villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is spacious, light and airy with cool marble floors thoughout. Furnished to an extremely high standard, Villa Somoha has a large sun terrace with a private heated pool set within large landscaped, walled gardens. Although quietly located, Villa Somoha is conveniently located close to a local bakery, minimarket, bars and restaurants. It also boasts, wonderful views looking out over the bay to the Island of Fuereventura.

Private 7m x 3.5m dual heated pool to provide constant water temperature all year round. Villa enclosed by its own walled landscaped garden.
Sun loungers, lilos and beach balls available.
La Goleta also benefits from a large communal swimming pool which is available for your use.
Coast/Beach
The villa is a 10 minute walk from the coastal path which leads into Playa Blanca with fantastic panoramic views looking over to the Island of Fuerteventura. The nearest beach, Famingo beach is less than 5 minutes drive away. It is gently sloping and idea for children. There are a number of other beaches within a 10 mins drive including Playa Dorada with its water sports, pedaloes and trampolines and the simply stunning beaches of Papagayo.
Golf
30 minutes to nearest golf course at Costa Teguise.
Travel
Arrecife airport is approx 30 mins drive away. Car hire is strongly recommended to explore this captivating island. Or why not hire bicycles (hire shop in Playa Blanca centre) as a fun alternative to explore the local area via the dedicated cycle lanes or to pop into town on?
Distances
Local amenities a few minutes away include bars, cafes, restaurants, a bakery and a mini-market. Less than a 5 minute drive takes you into the centre of Playa Blanca with a great choice of bars and restaurants, new cosmopolitan marina, fishing harbour and stunning views across the bay.
Further details
Timanfaya National Park (Fire Mountain) is a 15 minute car journey away, as is El Golfo a beautiful green lagoon. There are daily ferry crossings to Fuerteventura from Playa Blanca. Further details and additional places of interest and activities are provided in an information pack in the villa.

We require a deposit of 50% to secure your booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
