Villa Somoha is situated in the exclusive La Goleta residential area, in the quiet and unspoilt fishing village of Playa Blanca. This beautiful villa is available for families and couples to rent throughout the year. The villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is spacious, light and airy with cool marble floors thoughout. Furnished to an extremely high standard, Villa Somoha has a large sun terrace with a private heated pool set within large landscaped, walled gardens. Although quietly located, Villa Somoha is conveniently located close to a local bakery, minimarkets, bars and restaurants. It also boasts, unrestricted views looking across open ground towards the impressive Montana Roja in the north and Fuerteventura in the south.

Changeover day usually Thursday - Thursday, but some flexibility can be accommodated.

Sun loungers, lilos and beach balls available. La Goleta also benefits from a large communal swimming pool which is available for your use.
Coast/Beach
The villa is a 10 mins walk from the coastal path which leads into Playa Blanca with fantastic panoramic views looking over to the Island of Fuerteventura. There is an excellent range of beaches. Many have gentle slopes and are ideal for children. The main beaches have good facilities with water sports & pedaloes available. The famous beaches of Papagayo National Park are approx. 15 mins by car from the villa. There are more small local beaches available the closest of which is 10 mins walk away
Golf
30 minutes to nearest golf course at Costa Teguise.
Travel
Arrecife airport is approx 30 mins drive away. Car hire, although not essential, is recommended to explore this captivating island. Or why not hire bicycles (from local hotel) as a fun alternative way to explore the local area via the dedicated cycle lanes or just cycle along the coastal path into the centre of Playa Blanca.
Distances
Local amenities a few minutes walk away include bars, cafes, restaurants, a bakery and mini-markets. Less than a 5 minute drive takes you into the centre of Playa Blanca with a great choice of bars and restaurants, new cosmopolitan marina, fishing harbour and stunning views across the bay. If don't fancy taking the car or walking, you have the option to catch the cheap half hourly bus service into town which stops outside La Goleta or use one of the numerous local taxis.
Further details
Timanfaya National Park (Fire Mountain) is a 15 minute car journey away, as is El Golfo a beautiful green lagoon. There are daily ferry crossings to Fuerteventura from Playa Blanca. Further details and additional places of interest and activities are provided in an information pack in the villa.

We require a deposit of 50% to secure your booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
