Coast/Beach
Big Orange Villa is a 15 minute walk to the Atlantico Centre in Caleta de Fuste. Here there is a beach with lagoons ideal for children. The centre is home to a large supermarket, fashion shops, restaurants, cinema and ten pin bowling.
The main beach at Caleta is a further 15 minute walk along a coastal pathway. It is safe, sandy, horse shoe shaped and is a centre for many water sports and a Padi Dive Centre.
Golf
The villa is embraced by the new 18 hole Salinas de Antigua Golf Course. Residents receive a preferential rate to play.
Nearby is the second Fuerteventura Golf Course, home of the 2004 Spanish Open. Clubs and buggies are available for hire on both courses.
Travel
The airport is only a 15 minute drive away. Hire cars can be booked and picked up from and returned to the airport. Taxis are cheap and readily available. A car is recommended if you want to explore this unique island.
Distances
The nearest town is Caleta, approximately 30 minutes to walk or a 5 minute drive. The villa's central location is ideal for exploring the island.
