Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds for up to 4 persons. £75 per person extra, for 4-8 persons. *irrespective of number of people. There is a £200 security deposit required and can be paid on arrival.
Changeover day
Changeover day is normally a Thursday, but can be flexible. The villa is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and has to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Outside terraces on 3 levels, with fabulous, panoramic sea views, built in stone barbecue, large 10x5m heated private pool, large luxury spa/hot tub for max 7 persons, dining table, sun loungers, awning/canopy and built in seating area with coffee table. Beach/pool towels provided.
Coast/Beach
Approx 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach, Playa Flamingo. There are also 2 other beaches in Playa Blanca and a little further out the magnificent Papagayo beaches well worth a visit. A promenade stretches (approx 3 miles) from one end of town to Papagayo at the other with the waters edge on one side and the shops, bars and restaurants of Playa Blanca on the other. Cycle hire available locally.
Golf
Golf course 1/2 hour drive in Costa Teguise.
Travel
The airport is Arrecife, and it is approx 30 mins drive to Playa Blanca, if you are not hiring a car, taxis are readily available, and this will cost appox 30 euros.

Further details
Playa Blanca Village has a large pedestrian shopping area with plenty of shops and supermarkets, the promenade is lined with quality restaurants and bars with something to suit every taste. The new Marina Rubicon has designer shops, up-market bars and restaurants and also a bowling alley. There is a market held twice weekly in Playa Blanca (Saturday and Wednesday). An hourly ferry service to Furteventura operates from the harbour at Punta Limones, there are also boat trips available. A variety of watersports are available on the Playa Dorada Beach. Other local places of interest include the Timinfaya National Park 15 min drive, El Golfo 20 min drive and the picturesque villages of Femes and Yaiza 10 mins drive.
Water park 30 mins drive. Go karts 20 mins drive. Fuerteventura 20 mins by ferry.
Booking notes
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. Please do not smoke inside the villa.

'Villa Jade Marie certainly has the 'wow' factor! The very contemporary stylishness of the property is carried throughout and provides a modern setting for those who need to chill out from the busy world of work. The outside meditating satues reflect wonderfully the unwinding ambience that the villa offers. It was fantastic to be able to get straight into the swimming pool (no goose pimples) due to it being heated and also, it was much larger than the standard villa pool and when you think it cannot get any better – the hot tub! what a bubbly delicious massage! To the credit of the owners, their Hosts/caretakers made our holiday extra special providing a warm reception and helpful/friendly advice. In addition to this they kept the villa clean and sparkling for us! The only downside to the holiday was the amount of times my husband won me at pool!
