San Andres is a premier resort for family holidays. All my properties are in prime locations with stunning views over mountains, the Atlantic Ocean and the Golf del Sur golf course. Everything you need is on this resort including a supermarket, gym, tennis courts and squash courts. There are 3 bars on site, car rental and internet access. The pool area is wonderful with a lovely swimming pool and a separate pool for kiddies and a heated pool as well. I can also recommend a meal at the pool bar in the evening, they offer wonderful Peruvian specialities that need to be ordered the day before because of the time taken over marinating the food, but also they do a very good steak in the evening.

This is an outstanding apartment were no money has been spared on the decor and furnishing. Living room consists of a comfortable 3-piece suite, TV, DVD and sound system with French doors leading to a fully furnished patio area for you to sunbath to your heart's delight. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. It is tastefully decorated and with an en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is furnished with 2 single beds that can be adapted to a double. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster, all knifes and forks, utensils, cups, iron and ironing board in fact everything to make this a home from home. The villa has 2 large bedrooms with double and single beds, the master bedroom having a bathroom en suite. The 2nd bedroom has casement doors onto the rear garden. The shower room leads off the hall with a WC. There is a fitted kitchen and utility room, with a door onto the garden. The lounge patio doors also lead onto the rear garden with views over the fairways. dining room with chairs and table can seat 6 lounge fully furnished to a high standard with quality 3-piece suite, TV with DVD system. Kitchen with washing machine, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and oven hob. In the utility room there is an iron and ironing board. A safety deposit box is available at a small extra charge. This 3 bedroom villa is a jewel as with my other villas they are fitted out to the highest standards, I always want the guests that I have to come back time and time again. The lounge is furnished for comfort with quality sofas and relaxing chairs, a TV with DVD and sound system Bedroom 1 comprises of double bed with en suite bathroom double French doors leading to the sun terrace. Bedroom 2 with 2 singles that can adapt into a double bed with full en suite bathroom double French doors leading to the sun terrace. Bedroom 3 the room has 2 singles that can adapt into a double bed. Dining room with chairs and table can seat 6. Hall, bathroom, WC and shower. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster, all knifes and forks, utensils, cups, iron and ironing board in fact everything to make this a home from home. The patio area has loungers and there is a lovely BBQ area, they sell all you need for barbies at the supermarket on San Andres. |

Notes on accommodation
All these properties are fully self-catering if you need cots then I can take care of that for you prior your arrival. All my apartments and villas are professionally managed and the managing agents are on site.
I always make sure that their is a welcome pack for my guests a few necessities like lager, wine, bread, milk, coffee, tea and sugar.
Things can change from the descriptions of these villas and apartments as we are constantly improving them.
Accessibility
San Andres is a modern resort that is totally suitable for disabled.
The villas are fully disability friendly,
The apartments are not suitable as their are stairs.
Outside
All our properties have patio areas. The villas have barbecue areas and all are equipped with adequate sun furniture.
The complex itself has 3 pools, 1 heated and a child's pool. Their is a kiddie playground as well.
Golf
There are discounted fees at Golf del Sur course.
The Golf del Sur 3 courses, North, South and the Links, are dotted with black volcanic sand bunkers. The 27 hole course has been the venue for various international tournaments: The Open de Tenerife in 1994, 1992 and 1989 and the Shell Wonder World of Golf tournament. It is a truly enjoyable experience for all levels of golfers. You can enjoy the panoramic views from the open sea to the majestic Mt. Teide mountain range.
There are local club competitions that welcome guests staying at the San Andres villas: a mixed Texas scramble on Mondays, a ladies competition on Wednesdays and a men’s competition on Thursdays. A special area is set aside for the Golf School. Golf del Sur’s climatic conditions are ideal in both winter and summer with average temperatures of 21°C and 25°C for the 2 seasons and a total of 3,200 hours of sun a year.

Distances
The Golf del Sur is located next to the small coastal village of Los Abrigos, well known in the south for the quality of its fresh fish restaurants.
A short taxi ride will take you to the busier resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Santa Cruz is a 30 mins drive, served by a reliable bus service.

They have just fitted an ATM cash machine at San Andres that does not charge for use.
Golf del Sur is a pleasant mix of tourist and residential hotels, apartments and villas situated around a 27-hole PGA standard golf course. It has its own shopping and entertainment centre, San Blas, as well as many other shops, bars and restaurants throughout the area.

Larry and Family
Just returned from our second visit to San Andres. The accommodation at the Country Club was spacious, well equipped with plenty of usable living space. We had two beds, two-bathroom apartment and included a fully equipped kitchen and Jacuzzi in main bathroom. Keep up the good work and a special thank to Nichola in your office she is a gem.
