There are 3 local restaurants, 2 supermarkets and a couple of Spanish bars. Bus stops to Corralejo and El Cotillo (within walking distance) in the village. Villaverde is a good base for exploring. The beautiful sand dunes of both Corralejo and El Cotillo are only a 15 minute drive away, as is the Baku waterpark (Corralejo). Villaverde is a 30 minutes drive from the airport.

Mosts flights are on Wednesdays but this can be flexible and must be confirmed when booking.

Coast/Beach
Nearest beach is a 15 mins drive away (either Corralejo or El Cotillo), also the Jandía beach/resort is a 2 hour drive away but is worth a visit There is a beach and harbour in the town of Corralejo, numerous bars and restaurants.
Travel
The only airport on the island is a 30 mins drive away from Villaverde, car hire is available at the airport and is recommended. Taxis also operate and would cost approximatley 40 euros.
Booking notes
£200 non-refundable deposit is required when booking and the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the holiday. The villa is available from 14:00 hours and must be vacated by 10:30 hours (unless agreed with owner) please advise flight times when making a booking.
