Accessibility
The property benefits from having 4 of the bedroom at ground floor level, a small flight of stairs are at the entrance to the villa.
Outside
The gardens are mature and well planted. The rear garden has BBQ and a hot tub that can take up to 6 people, patio furniture. There is also an extensive roof terrace with sun beds and chairs. The villa is child friendly with lockable gates to the garden and on to the street. Off road parking for 1 car, The complex has 24 hour private security. The Las Adelfas complex its self boasts a large restaurant overlooking the swimming pool, outside and inside bar area. The pool has loads of sun beds and there is a kids games room for pool, air hockey etc. The on site shop stocks all your favourite uk brands and is open till 9pm
Coast/Beach
The fine long beaches at El Médano (5km) are the best natural beaches on the Island and often hold the world windsurfing championships. The beaches in Las Americas and Fanabe are a 15 min taxi ride away.
Golf
Golf del Sur is a pleasant mix of tourist and residential hotels, apartments and villas situated around a 27 hole PGA standard golf course. It has its own shopping and entertainment centre, San Blas, as well as many other shops, bars and restaurants throughout the area.
Travel
Fly to Tenerife South airport. Resort 15 mins away. Many car hire companies available based at airport. Airport transfer service available at 20 euros per person includes return to airport on departure day. The bus stop is 5 mins away for buses that cover most of the main destination's on Tenerife. Distances
The Golf del Sur is located next to the small coastal village of Los Abrigos, well known in the south for the quality of fresh fish restaurants
Further details
A short taxi ride will take you to the busier resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Santa Cruz is a 30 min drive, served by a reliable bus service. Their is an English supermarket 300m away. Local pizza and take away deliveries available. A welcome pack is included to help you settle in tea, coffee, Water, wine.
Booking notes
£150 deposit will be due upon booking the villa, and the full amount to be paid 1 month before the holiday commences. The property is now managed for me by a company based in Tenerife who will take care of guest welcome packs and management of my bookings so my self or one of their reps will be their when you arrive
