Changeover day
Monday to Monday only. Check in 14:00. Check out at 10:00. If you have a late night flight we may be able to arrange for luggage storage and use of a shower room in the area.

Air conditioning is available at a cost of 50€ per week. This needs to be paid before arrival to the villa.

Coast/Beach
The beach to Playa Del Ingles is only 8 minutes walk away.
You can drive up to Amadores beach which is about a 20 minute drive away. This is a new beach which host Caribbean sand and a range of bars and restaurants.

Golf
Maspalomas golf course is approximately 15 minutes away. You will need to bring your handicap certificate with you if you wish to play.

Travel
The nearest airport to the Villa Grecia is Las Palmas and this is a 20 minutes drive away.

Distances
Playa Del Ingles is the second largest resort in Europe and it is a resort where you have everthing on your doorstep.
The beach at Playa Del Ingles runs for 7 km and merges with the infamous sandunes of Maspalomas. The puerto of Mogan is 40 minutes up the coast and can be reached by car, bus or ferry from Puerto Rico. It hosts a market day on a Friday which is well worth the visit.

Further details
Waterpark available in Maspalomas. Holidayworld is also in Maspalomas and here you can have a go at the bowling alley or visit the small fun fair - ideal for families. There are a host of commercial centres in Playa De Ingles, which include your duty free shops, bars, retaurants, banks, discos and supermarkets. If you are looking at a day at sea there are plenty of boat trips that leave the harbour of Puerto Rico on a daily basis. If you want to explore the island you can choose many ways to do so. Car hire is very popular, jeep safaris or an organised bus trip are ways of seeing the inners of the island. There is a local bus service which is good for travelling around the south of the island but if you want to get to the inners of the island the local bus service can be a little hit and miss. There is a local ferry which runs from Puerto Rico every day to Puerto De Mogan. It is a great way to see the coastline and less hair raising than the local bus trip.

Booking notes
If you wish to book the villa you will need to get in touch by email to see if the Villa is available. A 25% deposit will be required if the booking is more than 8 weeks before the departure date. The balance will be due 8 weeks before departure. If a deposit is paid and you decide to cancel, the deposit is non refundable. If the travel date is less than 8 weeks before the full payment is needed.
