Notes on accommodation
The villa is very family friendly with cot and high chair provided. Air-conditioning fitted in upstairs bedrooms ensures comfortable living in the hotter months. Smoking is not permitted in the house only on the outside terraces.
Accessibility
There is a ramp area externally for ease of access in and out of the villa, also a downstairs bedroom and a downstairs bathroom.
Outside
Large sun terraces to the front and side of the property, BBQ, quality patio furniture comprising of table and 6 chairs, umbrella and sun beds. Gardens, screening and wooden gated entrance provide privacy. Situated adjacent pool area gives lovely open outlook.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is approximately 15 minutes walk. There are many picturesque beaches north and south of Caleta which can be accessed by car between 30-50 minutes.
Golf
The villa is situated on 'La Colina' which forms part of the 5* Elba Palace Golf Resort, the club house is approximately 5 minutes walk. The Elba Palace Golf Course is a championship course that held the Spanish Open in 2004. A second golf course Las Salinas is a short drive away.
Special interest holidays
With the climate offering a lovely breeze, the area is popular for a range of interests including windsurfing and kite flying. Fishing is also popular.
Travel
Puerto del Rosario airport is approx 10km away. Taxis are readily available at the airport and in the resort, car hire is not essential but recommended to take advantage of other places of interest out of town.

Our villa makes an excellent base to enjoy your holiday, and if you fancy a night in, it is a real 'home from home'.

£100 non refundable deposit payable on booking with balance required 6 weeks prior to arrival. Alternatively payment in Euros upon arrival can be arranged. We advise all guests to have appropriate holiday insurance as we do not cover damage, loss, or injury or any other liabilities.

"Well what can I say about your villa. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect, even better than we thought. The villa is absolutely gorgeous and luxurious and is in a lovely residential area so very peaceful. The pool, which is only steps away, is a lovely chilled out area to sunbathe although you dont need to move from the villas spacious grounds, or just watch the world go by from the upstairs terrace. The villa is near to the Atlantico Shopping Centre where we would walk often for tapas. The main centre is also a short walk away 3 euros in a taxi. We would go there for our evening meal usually. All in all this is a perfect holiday villa. DS Liverpool Jan 2010.
