Palm Mar is a new and tasteful non-commercial development only 15 minutes from Reina Sofia Airport (Tenerife South). The breathtaking views from the shaded upper terrace of this duplex apartment are enhanced by the availability of a beautiful communal pool for the use of complex residents and guests only. Nearby there is a choice of world class golf courses, a number of small pretty ports such as Las Galletas and Los Abrigos to explore as well as being less than 10 minutes drive to Los Cristianos and Las Americas.

Kitchen: Kitchen and breakfast bar with fridge freezer, oven, ceramic hob, extractor, microwave, washing machine, toasters.
Utility Room: Iron and ironing board, vacumn cleaner.
Living Rooms: Large lounge area with cream leather 'L' shaped sofa, coffee table, side tables and table lamps. Television with satelite (UK stations) DVD player and radio. The room is cooled by a remote controled variable speed, ceiling fan.

Notes on accommodation
This a a quiet and peaceful location which will be enjoyed by those who want to 'chill out'. It is ideal for those with young families, but there is little in the way of activities and amusements for older and teenage children.

Accessibility
There are quite a few steps on the complex which will make it difficult for those with restricted mobility.

Outside
The complex is very pretty, attractively landscaped and offers a communal pool with sun loungers and parasols, as well as a separate sun terrace, similarly equipped. The beach and promenade is about 5 minutes away and there are walks over the nearby nature reserve to the lighthouse and fishing villages.

Coast/Beach
The area is good for walking. Apart from being a nice area to stroll around there are walks one can take further afield depending on how fit and adventurous you are – and the time of year. Winter is the coolest and more pleasant time for walking. There are low level walks across the lava plateau which is a designated nature reserve and along the coast east to Las Galletas and beyond, whilst there are more demanding walks over the hills towards Los Cristianos.

Golf
The beautiful los Palos 9 hole golf course is only 5 mins drive away and there are at least three other international class golf courses within easy reach. Near Costa del Silencio is the Amarillo Golf Club, an 18 hole course bordered by scenic cliffs. The 27 hole course at Golf del Sur, just a few minutes drive away has hosted international events.

Travel
Only 15 minutes from Tenerife South and about 10 minutes from Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Collection from the airport can be arranged. It is not essential to have a car, but it is recommended if you like to get out and about. On the other hand a variety of excursions can be booked through the nearby Corner Shop (and the coaches leave from there). There are around the island trips, trips across to the Island of La Gomera, Loro Park and a variety of other destinations.

Distances
Palm Mar is only 10 mins drive from Los Christianos and Playa de Americas with all its shopping restuarants and entertainment facilities. The pretty port of Las Galletas is only five minutes drive away - or within walking distance over the nature reserve. Easy access to the Motorway brings all the other attractions of the island within reach.

Further details
There is a choice of several restuarants close by and three mini-markets, as well as banks and a medical centre. Local operators offer economic taxi services and cars can be hired locally.

Booking notes
We ask for a deposit of 20% per of the booking and the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. Other arrangements can be made for longer lets.
Information on how to get to apartment and keys will be sent on reciept of the balance. Please note that payments are not refundable in the event of cancellation.
