This property has undergone extensive refurbishment to provide a wonderful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa suitable for a large family, or sharing couples. It is ideally located only a 100m walk from the resort centre and sea front. The property is situated in a peaceful position in Sueno Azul yet only 2 mins from the resort bars, high class restaurants, tea rooms, banks and shops. The beach is located 500m away. The property is set out as follows: Main front entrance leading to large open plan area with lounge, dining area and American style fully fitted kitchen. The lounge has UK TV system installed and also has CD and DVD player. There are 4 large sized bedrooms all situated on the 1 level with 2 bedrooms having double patio doors leading to the rear tiled terrace and pool area. The main bedroom features a 4 piece en suite fully tiled bathroom. The rear terrace has a table and chairs for al freso dining and a barbecue. Sunloungers are provided for all guests.

There is a washing machine fitted under the work surface in the shower room. A storage cupboard provides, mop bucket, mop, sweeping brush, ironing board and iron. A clothes dryer is stored here to dry washed close externally. |

The large open plan lounge consists of 2 sofas, coffee table, 28 inch TV, DVD, CD player, UK TV with BBC1/2, ITV and C4. There is also foreign channels with live UK football matches. There is a modern dining suite with glass table. |

Fresh towels and linen are provided for all guests. For guests staying for a 2 week vacation, towel and linen changes can be requested. |
Notes on accommodation
Any additional requests can be organized if requested prior to arrival, i.e. restaurant reservations, excursions, car hire, etc. The vicinity of Callao Salvaje is an upmarket resort which is home to numerous class restaurants, bars, tea rooms, banks, supermarkets, excursion centre etc. There is a regular bus service to other resorts and a taxi rank. Las Americas, Los Cristianos are only a 10 minute drive, approx £12 in a taxi. Costa Adeje and the Abama golf resort are located only a 5 minute drive away.

Accessibility
This villa is ideally located for handicapped persons etc as it is all on one level without steps. Recent quote (below were disabled carers and patients) "The holiday was probably the best I've had with the residents and that was thanks to your lovely villa. It was perfect for us. It was well equipped, nice, clean and comfortable not to mention plenty of room. The residents loved the pool and us staff would have been more than happy to have spent the entire holiday in the villa itself".
Outside
The property is fully tiled around 3 sides and has a private 8m by 3m heated swimming pool for the villa persons only. There are sun loungers situated around the terraces and the property benefite from all day sun. There are 3 sets of patio doors leading directly to 2 bedrooms and the lounge. There is an external dining table, chairs and a barbecue situated on the rear terrace. The proprty is located roadside so easy access is provided for suitcases, shopping, etc. The majority of villas in this vicinity are situated down narrow walkways.
Coast/Beach
The beach and sea front are a 2 minute walk and fishing areas are provided.
Golf
Costa Adeje Golf and the Abama Golf are both located only approx 5 minute drive. We can organize tee offs from the Costa Adeje, Las Americas and other courses.
Special interest holidays
Diving schools are located in the resort as this is a regular feature around the cliffs and rocky areas nearby.
Travel
The property is nearest to Tenerife South airport which is approximately 20 mins in a taxi. These are located outside the arrivals to the right and cost approx 28 euros (£20). The Tenerife North airport is approximately 50 mins in a taxi and car hire is advisable which can be collected and deposited in the terminal.

The property is secured with a deposit payable via credit card or a UK bank transfer into a HSBC account. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
