The villa also has attractive gardens, large upper floor balcony with fantastic sea and mountain views, truly breathtaking! Although the villa is in a quiet and tranquil area, a 10 minute car journey will take you to many beautiful surrounding villages and into the centre of the famous Las Americas with its many beautiful beaches, upmarket shopping malls and bars and many local attractions.

Notes on accommodation
The villa can be let with 6 bedrooms sleeping 12/18 people as two of the bedrooms have extra sleeping areas directly linked, perfect for families or friends sharing. Extra beds can be put into some rooms, at an extra charge of 100 pounds sterling per bed, for more than 16 people.
