The well positioned apartment has been a huge success with visitors. It occupies an excellent position at Victoria Court 1 ~ facing south with views to the sea it enjoys plenty of sun and spectacular sunsets. It has 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom and comes fully equipped. This apartment is family owned and maintained to the highest standard. The apartment is situated in the quiet part of Los Cristianos only 300m from the seafront and 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre and golden sandy beaches. Victoria Court 1 is a very popular and well-run complex which has 2 heated swimming pools, a poolside bar and is perfect for quiet family holidays. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity, all reasonably priced. Car hire is not necessary.

Changeover day
We will accept booking on any day and for any length of time ~ subject to availability.

| Other: | The terrace lets you enjoy views to the sea, harbour and La Gomera. Provided is a dining table with chairs and an awning. It is a lovely place to sit during the day or in the evening. |

Our apartment will be spotlessly clean on your arrival. Linen and towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis. Please bring your own towels for the beach. |
Notes on accommodation
This apartment is perfect for any type of holiday. It is very comfortable, ideally situated for travelling around the town and local beaches, or for just lounging by the complex pool. There is something for everyone of all ages and is within walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops and everything you need to make your holiday relaxing, enjoyable and affordable.

Accessibility
Suitable for people of all ages. There are slopes all around the complex providing flat access to all communal areas. There is a small flight of steps leading upto the front door.
Outside
There are two heated swimming pools. One large pool for swimming and a smaller pool for children. There are sunbeds and parasols available for hire (1.50€/item) with all monies going back into the complex funds. The gardens are well kept throughout the complex.
Coast/Beach
Los Cristianos beach is only a 10 minute walk away (1/2 mile). The sea front is a 5 minute walk (400m). Las Vistas beach is a little further, inbetween Los Cristianos and Las Americas, and is a huge sandy beach that slopes gently into the Atlantic for peaceful bathing. Ideal for families and couples of all ages.
Golf
There are five 18 hole golf courses to choose from - all within a 20 minute drive. The closest course is only 5 minutes away. If you would like further information on how to book your tee time please let us know. There is a challenging 9 hole golf course - again only a 5 minute drive away.
Special interest holidays
Guided walking holidays in Tenerife of one or two weeks duration. In April, May, June and July and November and December. We offer packages with accommodation in the Victoria Court 1 apartment complex in the centre of Los Cristianos in south Tenerife, with hundreds of restaurants and bars near by and 5 min from the beach.
Walk examples:
Monday walk: Moon Rocks, this is a hard walk of 18 km, approx 7 hours.
Tuesday walk: Ifonche, 12 km, approx 4.5hrs. This walk is not to strenuous.
Wednesday walk: Tamaimo and the west, a hard walk of 12 km, approx 4.5 hrs.
Thursday walk: Mount Guajara, this is a hard walk of 10km, approx 4.5hrs.
Friday walk: the Teno Massif and the mountain village of Masca, this is quite an easy walk of 12km, approx 5.5hrs.
Travel
You can get direct direct flights from all major UK airports. Fly into Tenerife South (TFS) which is only 15 minutes by taxi. Cost should be no more than 25€.
Ryan Air are starting up flights to the south from Liverpool, East Midlands, Dublin and Shannon.
Book your flights early to get the best prices!! Other airlines include: FlyGlobespan, Excel, Monarch, British Airways, Tompsonfly, First Choice, Direct Flights to name a few.
Distances
Victoria Court 1 is ideally situated. No steep hills to walk up and close enough to Los Cristianos to make it convenient, but not so close that you can relax. There are plenty of restaurants and brand new lounge bars all within a 1-2 min walk. Las Americas and its shops and night life will take you 5 minutes in a taxi.
