There are beautiful sea views from the balcony, you can also see the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura, it also overlooks the pool area. It has one double bedroom, it also has a room with bunk beds which can sleep two,Lounge dining room with satellite LCD TV plus DVD player. It has a fully kitted out kitchen including electric hob, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, and fridge. Electric room fan.

The complex has mature well kept gardens. There is a large communal swimming pool plus there is a kiddies pool. There is a poolside bar and snack bar. Plenty sun loungers, and shower by the pool. There is a kid's play area with swings and slides.
Coast/Beach
It is 5 minute walk to the local shops, bars, and restaurants. The 'Old Town' is 10 minute walk it is a very good place to have a meal the restaurants serve a large selection of fish and meat dishes. Set around the harbour there are beautiful sea views. The nearest beach is 10 minute walk.
Golf
New Golf course open 5 minute drive.
Travel
Arrecife airport is 10 minute drive.
Further details
Lanzarote is a good area for diving and our apartment is 5 minutes walk to the dive centres.
