Spacious, well equipped 3rd floor apartment situated on the Paloma Beach complex. Is in a quiet location at the far headland of Los Cristianos, just a short stroll from the beach and town centre. Heated swimming pool, kids pool, bar, reception and laundry on site. Supermarket, bars and restaurants all close at hand.

Changeover day
The main changeover day is Friday, however, there may be a degree of flexibility depending on other bookings etc, ring Wayne or Joyce for details.

Hair driers are also provided.
Bathrooms: Modern bathroom with bath and shower and showerscreen, wc and vanity unit.
Kitchen: American style fitted kitchen including electric hob, oven and grill, microwave, fridge, toaster and breakfast bar with 4 high stools.
Living Rooms: Spacious living room with widescreen satellite TV with 11 English channels including BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Sky Movies, Sky Sports. 3 seater sofa, 2 arm chairs and 2 single Z-beds.
Other: Patio doors leading onto a large balcony with a table and 4 chairs that has a superb breathtaking view out to sea and into the harbour. On certain days the beautiful island of La Gomera can be seen from the balcony.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Apartment is cleaned for your arrival. Bedlinen is changed weekly, towels twice weekly.

 

Notes on accommodation
This beautiful apartment is only suitable for families and couples. Cots and high chairs are available for hire at reception. For your piece of mind, the apartment has a safety deposit box fitted in the wardrobe in the bedroom, all at no extra cost. If there are parties requiring 2 apartments, the apartment next door is owned by our good friends who may be able to accommodate you at the same time. Please ring for details.

Accessibility
The apartment has good wheelchair access with 2 lifts each within a short distance from the apartment and both lifts have ramps leading up to them.

Outside
Paloma Beach has a heated swimming pool with separate children's pool. A bar is located poolside which sells snacks, drinks etc. Also internet access is available in the bar. There is a reception area, should you wish to book any trips etc. Laundry facilities available on site.

Coast/Beach
Playa Las Vistas beach is a short 10-15 min stroll from the complex along the promenade, ideal for young children or non-swimmers with watersports available.

Golf
Within 30 mins drive there are 5 testing and challenging golf courses for both the casual and serious golfers.

Travel
The main airport in Tenerife South (Reina Sofia) is approx 15 mins drive away by car or taxi. These are always plentiful and cost approx 20-25 euros. Car hire is not essential but is available at reception.

Distances
Los Cristianos town is a 10-15 min stroll along the promenade. Cheap local buses will take you to most attractions and taxis are readily available and inexpensive.

Further details
The supermarket is a 2 min walk from the apartment which has a cash machine facility. This supermarket has its own bakery, delicatessen and provides all your essentials for your holiday.
