Club Atlantis is a "4 star" Aparthotel with 24 hour English speaking reception, it has 2 heated pools set in lovely gardens with pool bar, and lifts to all floors. The complex is in a frontline position in San Eugenio, overlooking Puerto Colon Marina and a lovely small quiet beach, surrounded by restaurants, tasteful bars and shops with lovely coastal walks direct to Los Cristianos and to Bahia del Duque in the other direction. This apartment and Club Atlantis as a complex is ideally suited to more mature people who appreciate the better things in life. It is a very sought after complex and those who stay come back year after year. You will need to book earlier to avoid disappointment, especially in the popular winter periods.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible, but in the busy periods a Friday may be requested.

Notes on accommodation
The standard of this accommodation is far superior to that of most package holidays, definitely in this price range, it has been arranged and designed to suit more mature people. You will find all you require and more in this fully equipped spacious apartment. All the windows and doors are fitted with mosquito screens allowing you to have fresh air throughout the night without problems. Ceiling fans are fitted in the bedroom and lounge area and the apartment also has air conditioning. A safe is located in the apartment for your valubles. The owners live locally and are available to answer queries or sort out any problems. This apartment offers you a holiday you will want to repeat and be reluctant to leave.
Accessibility
Access to the apartment is without stairs and the apartment itself is all on one level. Unfortunately it is not ideal for people who are permanently in a wheelchair as doors are not designed with extra width for turning.
Outside
The apartment has a balcony area with unbeatable views of Puerto Colon, the sea and panoramic coastal views. It is fitted with a sun blind for your comfort and has a table, adjustable chairs and two sunbeds, all with cushions. The complex has a lovely pool area with 2 large heated pools, ample sunbathing area with sunbeds, and a pool bar which is open daily.
Coast/Beach
A pretty small quiet beach is two minutes walk away, and a choice of two other larger beaches five minutes walk away, these beaches offer pedaloes, jet skis etc.
The lovely prestigious Bahia Del Duque beach is only a five minute drive away.
Golf
There are 5 full size Golf Courses in the south of Tenerife, the nearest is just over 1 km away and the furthest about 25 mins away. There is another one in the north of the Island and also one on La Gomera which is about 45 mins away on the fast ferry.

Tenerife offers many diverse activities, including cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding, sailing, surfing, tennis, walking, water sking, wind surfing, boat hire, paddle tennis, crazy golf, whale and dolphin trips, gyms, water spas, yoga, 10 pin bowling to mention a few!
Golf is becoming a speciality here now with 5 full size courses within a maximum of 30 minutes away.
Travel
Nearest airport is Reina Sofia (Tenerife South), just 12 kilometres away.
A car is not needed when staying in Club Atlantis as you have all you need in walking distance.
Taxis are available at the airport and the cost is about 20-25 Euros and takes only ten minutes to the complex.
There is now a bus service direct from the airport, Mar 09 cost for 2 people was 4.50 euros, it takes about 45 mins and stops at the top of the road from Club Atlantis.
Distances
The local pretty village of Adeje is only 5 kilometres.
Capital of Santa Cruz is about 70 kilometres
Further details
Tenerife has a lovely temperate climate, normally not exceeding 30 degrees in the summer and not dropping below 23 in the winter months. There are lots of lovely mountain walks with amazing scenery, Tenerife has a lot more to offer than just beaches and sun.
Booking notes
A £100 sterling deposit per week is payable on booking and the balance is to be paid in cash on arrival.
A discount is available for bookings of 4 weeks or over.
Rental rates include linen, towels including beach towels, these are changed once a week.
This apartment does allow smoking but it is requested that it is restricted to the balcony area.

This was our 2nd visit to this apartment which more than matches the owners description. Situated at the top of a well maintained complex with stunning views across the marina to La Gomera, its a little less than 5 mins to the beach & less to the swimming pools. The apartment itself is maintained to a high standard & is outstandingly well equipped. On arrival a fullsome welcome pack was waiting for us.
