The accommodation is set on a single level and features an internal garden. 3 large Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, Private electrically heated pool and furnished to a very high standard. Located within a 5 to 10 minute walk from the Playa Flamingo beach, where a variety of restaurants, shops and bars can be found.

Notes on prices
The villa cost is based on 2 sharing and each extra person is charged at £50 per week. The pool heating is charged at an extra £50 per week if required.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Thursday, however we will always try an accomodate a different day. Weekend changeovers will incur a supplement. Please contact us for details. The villa is available from 2pm on arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

The villa is cleaned for your arrival. Towels and linen are included, however beach towels are excluded. Towels are changed twice weekly. Extra cleaning and Linen changes incur an additional charge. |

Notes on accommodation
Car hire is NOT essential due to the close proximity of the main resort. For the sports minded, Dive Centre, Tennis, Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Children's Mini Golf are all located within a short 5 minute walk. Young children are well catered for with, highchairs, baby bath, cot, changing mat, sterilizer and games.
Accessibility
Villa Acebo is on a single level with good wheelchair access and only one step into the property. All the doors and hallways are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all suitable for a disabled guest and no areas of the villa are inaccessible to a wheelchair user.
Outside
Outside is a private swimming pool 5 x 8m which is electrically heated all year round, large sun terrace and is complete with luxury outdoor furnishings for alfresco dining.
Coast/Beach
Playa Flamingo beach is a 10 minute walk.
Travel
Arrecife airport is a short 30 minute drive, as car hire is not necessary for Villa Acebo we can also advise on private transfers to and from the airport. Please ask for details.

We require a 10% deposit to secure the booking. Final payment and a £200 security deposit are required 6 weeks before arrival.
