Superbly located in the upmarket resort of Playa Blanca, this family size bungalow is just 250 yards from Flamingo Beach and harbour, close to shops, restaurants and bars. South facing, the bungalow patio is sheltered from the prevailing breeze and is set in secluded gardens with palm trees a few yards away from main complex. The communal pool is just 50 yards from the bungalow whilst the local supermarket is 200 yards distant.

Accessibility
The complex is both wheelchair and pushchair friendly, the wheelchair bound can gain access to all parts of this small complex. There are no steps to road level or indeed to the supermarket or sea fron/harbour.
The bungalow is at ground level with no steps either outside or inside the building and the wheelchair bound can gain access to bedrooms 1 and 2 and bathroom 1 as well as lounge and kitchen. However the bungalow has not been specially adapted for the wheelchair bound.
Outside
South facing patio to the bungalow with sunbeds and dining furniture and dining furniture. Portable barbecue. Looks out on to gardens with Palm Trees. This part of the complex is very private and discreet. Access to the communal pool is to the opposite side of the bungalow (approx.50yards). The pool is approx. 15m x 6m Depth 1m-1.5m. There is also a small paddling pool for children. An outdoor pool table is available.
Coast/Beach
Flamingo Beach 250 yards. Harbour and coast 200 yards-superb man made child friendly beach.
Travel
Arrecife - 35 minutes. Taxi fare approx £22.
We can arrange Hire Car from the Airport. Alternatively cars can be hired by the day from Playa Blanca. There is no bus service to the airport.
Distances
Playa Blanca village centre -1/4 to 1/2 mile.
Further details
Shops, bars, restaurants adajacent to complex (150 yards) but main shopping and restaurants in village centre.
