The villa has its own private swimming pool set in a south facing secluded sun terrace. Located near to the new yacht harbour Marina Rubicon, this is a private, safe and luxury residential resort in the south of the Canary island of Lanzarote. Ideal for families or couples wishing to enjoy their holiday in a peaceful place, with the same degree of comfort that they would enjoy at home, but within walking distance of the golden beaches of Papagao and numerous restaurants of Playa Blanca. We bought our 3 bedroom villa in October 2004, after discovering and falling in love with the new marina. Having thoughtfully and lovingly fully furnished it to our own, very high standards, we are now able to offer our guests the opportunity to relax and enjoy their vacation in luxurious and stylish surroundings. The holiday villa comfortably sleeps 6 (having 3 shower/toilet rooms) and is ideally situated in Playa Blanca overlooking the new Marina Rubicon.

Outside
Private pool, for sole use. Sun terrace area is secluded and south facing at the rear of the villa. Outdoor table and chairs seats 6. 4 sun loungers, barbecue, well maintained garden front and back.
Coast/Beach
Cobbled coastal path leading to Papagayo Beach (20 mins walk), Marina Rubicon (10 mins walk), Princess Yaiza Beach(20 mins walk), Playa Blanca Beach (30 mins walk). All beaches have white soft sand. All beaches have extensive amenities other than Papagayo, which is a area of conservation and has therefore are no amenities.
Travel
The nearest airport is Arrecife which is 35 minutes from the villa. Car hire is available at the airport or hire shop within 2 mins walk of the villa. There is a reliable taxi service at the end of the road.
Distances
Marina Rubicon is 10 mins walk from the villa. There is a market in the Marina every Saturday and Wednesday.
Playa Blanca is 5 mins by car and 35 mins walk from the villa, along the coastal path.
National Park is 15 mins by car.
Arrecife (capital town) is 25 mins by car.
Costa Teguise is 30 mins by car, there is a large market there every Sunday.

We really enjoyed our visit to Lanzarote - so much more beautiful than I recall it. The Cactus Garden was a real highlight for us. The apartment was superb - we really appreciated all the facilities and the thought and taste that had gone into the furnishings. We were also impressed by the cleaning and maintenance arrangements. We liked Playa Blanca - hard to think of a more pleasant resort anywhere we have been. All in all a very relaxing week. Regards, Chris.
The villa is lovely and in an ideal location for easy access to the local shop, new Marina, Playa Blanca and the Papagayo beaches. The villa was beautifully clean, as was the crockery and glasses etc. Also the outside area was bigger than we had imagined from the photos on your web site - there was ample room for everyone to be in the sun.
