Situated on the popular Malibu Park complex the property is ideally suited for families and couples. The complex provides an excellent range of amenities including free form swimming pool and children’s pool, 2 pool side bars, free sun loungers, 24 hour reception, tennis courts, children’s play area and much more. The beach and marina is a 15 min walk or a short 5 minute journey in the courtesy bus that is run from the complex, however, a good selection of bars and restaurants are only 100 yards away. The first floor apartment has recently been refurbished (April 07) and has 2 terraces overlooking the pool area and the children’s play area. The apartment has 2 large double bedrooms, a living room with double sofa bed, fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, and a brand new 3 piece bathroom with shower. It can comfortably accommodate 6 persons. Every effort has been made to ensure that the apartment has all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has twin beds, large fitted wardrobes and its own terrace. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. A double sofa bed is located in the lounge area. |
| Bathrooms: | Brand new 3 piece bathroom with shower over bath, WC and pedestal basin. Fully tiled and a washing machine is also housed within the bathroom. |
| Kitchen: | Electric oven, 4 ring hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, baby bottle sterilizer unit. |
| Living Rooms: | The large living room has patio doors at one end that lead out onto a terrace overlooking the pool area. It has a TV with satellite English channels, DVD player, double sofa bed and one armchair. A breakfast bar with 4 stools is at the top end of room. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included in the rental and are changed weekly. The property is cleaned for the arrival of new guests but further cleaning would incur an additional cost. Please ask when enquiring or making a booking. |

Accessibility
Apartment is accessed via one flight of wide shallow stairs, however, it would not be suitable for those who use a wheelchair.
Outside
The apartment enjoys 2 terraces which both overlook the pool area. Both terraces have patio tables and chairs and 2 full length reclining loungers are also provided. The complex has a large shared free form swimming pool and good sized children's pool. There are plentiful sunloungers available around the pool area and these are free of charge. 2 terrace bars service the pool areas with drinks and light refreshments. For young children a fully rubber matted play area with swings and slides is within the complex. A mini market is also situated within the complex.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is approx a 15 mins walk (1.5km) or 5 mins on the courtesy bus that regularly runs from the apartment complex. The man made beach is buffered by a wide promenade and a good selection of well established restaurants and shops. The Puerto Colon marina is adjacent to the beach and boat trips are regularly run from this location.
Travel
The Tenerife South airport is approx 20 mins from the property by taxi. Expect to pay approx 25 euro door to door. Car hire is not necessary because all attractions and amenities are close by.
Distances
The property is located in the heart of the Torviscas Alto area of Playa de las Americas.The lively resort centre is approx 2.5km or 30 mins walk away. The Octopus Aquapark is located directly opposite the complex and the Puerto Colon Marina with its many restaurants, bars and shops is 15 mins walk away (approx 1.5km).
Further details
The nearest restaurants and bars are 100 yards away, the Aquapark is straight across the road and the marina is approx a 15 min walk. The walk down to the marina takes in many more shops, bars and restaurants. A mini market is located on the apartment complex.
Booking notes
To secure a booking a non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total rental fee is required. Full balance has to be paid 8 weeks before commencement of stay. For bookings made within 8 weeks of planned stay then the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Bookings cancelled more than 6 weeks in advance of planned stay will receive a full refund less deposit. Cancellation within 6 weeks will result in a 50% refund. No refund will be given if less than 2 weeks notice is given.
