These lovely apartments have been refurbished to a high standard. New bathrooms and new kitchens along with quality bedlinen and towels. The complex has two separate swimming pools and one is heated during the winter months. There are tennis courts, games room and many on site activities. Located close to the pool these apartments are ideal for families with children. The complex provides free sunbeds and parasols.

Changeover day
We are flexible on changeover days. Rooms to be vacated by 10.00am and arrival after 16.00, however if no other bookings following then we are flexible.

The bedroom has a large double bed with bedside tables, wall lights. Fitted wardrobes. Table for suitcase storage. The bedroom has a patio door onto the balcony. The bathroom has twin sinks with mirror over and bidet, toilet, full bath with shower over. A hairdryer is provided. The kitchen area is compact and has a hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, utensils. An iron and ironing board is provided. The living area has a dining table and four chairs. A settee which converts into two sleeping areas. An armchair, sideboard with TV/DVD and a coffee table. Patio doors lead onto the balcony. |

Notes on accommodation
The apartments receive the complex Satellite and this includes English speaking channels. Children are very welcome and travel cots can be provided along with a high chair... please enquire. We are flexible on changeover days. Guests can purchase a wrist band from reception and this will allow a fully inclusive option for drinks/food.

There is ramp access to the first floor apartment.
Outside
A patio set along with chairs is provided.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are Torviscas and Fanabe. This is a maximum of a 15 minutes walk. The beaches here are very safe for children. Along the beach front there are lots and lots of restaurants and cafe providing a mixture of cuisines including a Mcdonalds.
Golf
The Costa Adeje Golf Course is a five minutes car drive away.
The Las Americas Golf Course is a five minutes car drive away.
The Golf is a 15 minutes car drive away.
Travel
Tenerife South Airport is a 15 minute car drive away. Car hire is not essential. Private airport transfers can be arranged.
Distances
The nearest resort is Torviscas/San Eugenio. There are lots of restaurants and cafes all within a 10 minutes walking radius. There are plenty of shops and boutiques. The harbour of Puerto Colon is within walking distance. This is a lovely area to watch the sunsets from. El Faro is a new evening venue for couples providing sophisticated entertainment and also a beautiful setting to watch the sunsets from.
Further details
There are ample restaurants and cafes close by. All major banks are in San Eugenio shopping centre and there are plenty of ATM machines to use your cards. The lovely Plaza del Duque Shopping centre is worth a visit as beautiful shops and lovely boutiques...so take your credit cards. Near here is the El Duque beach...beautiful and lovely sunbeds with mattresses to hire. Ideal for couples...not suitable for young children due to the currents.

25% deposit to confirm balance and then balance 8 weeks before arrival.
A £100 refundable security deposit is taken with all bookings.
