The palms is a low rise complex situated at the top of Golf del Sur and very close to the golf course. The Amarilla Golf Course is only a five minutes drive away. The bungalow has its own parking space so if hiring a car then it is ideal. The bungalow is very well appointed and provides spacious and quality accommodation. The palms was previously a time share complex but now all apartments and bungalows are privately owned. The complex has three lovely separate pool areas and a pool bar. Ideal for couples or a small family group.

| Kitchen: | Spacious kitchen with good range of cupboards, crockery, utensils. Full oven with hob, microwave, washing machine, iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster, juicer. Breakfast bar with four stools. |
| Living Rooms: | Spacious living room with settee - also is double bed settee. Armchair, coffee tables and unit which hosts the TV/DVD. Patio doors lead to terrace. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen changed weekly. The bungalow is cleaned prior to arrival. |

Outside
The terrace off the living room is spacious and has a patio set with table and chairs. Two sunloungers are also provided. There is a small private roof terrace which gets very very hot. Ideal for sunbathers! There is a small front terrace off the bedroom and a small table and chairs are provided. The bungalow has its own private parking space.
Coast/Beach
The sea is approx a 10 minutes walk away and the new harbour is around a 15 minutes walk.
Golf
The nearest golf course if the Golf del Sur golf course and this is only a 5 minutes walk away. The next golf course is the Amarila golf course and this is a five minutes drive away.
Travel
The nearest airport is Tenerife Sur and this is a 10 minutes car drive or taxi ride away. Private airport transfers can be provided.
Distances
A 10 minute walk will bring you the shops on the Golf. Supermarkets, including Best Buys serving a good range of products including English products is situated here. There are plenty of restaurants on the Golf ranging from Chinese to Canarian. A taxi ride into Los Cristianos or Las Americas provide ample more variety.
