Number 29 The palms has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. The master bedroom has a king size beds and is air conditioned. From this room there are patio doors leading onto a terraced area. There is plenty of wardrobe space. The second bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite with shower. There is also a small safe. The main bathroom is new with bath having a shower above. There is large fully fitted new kitchen including washing machine fridge/freezer, oven, hob and microwave. The lounge area has seating 2 double settees, a TV with English channels (BBC1, BBC2, ITV, C4, C5), DVD player, Ipod player, table/chairs. From the living room there is a large rear terrace with table and chairs. There is also sun loungers and parasol. There is also a further roof terrace with extensive views of the mountains with 4 more chairs/table for late night cocktails! The bungalow comes with a travel cot and highchair and has excellent disabled access (no steps to climb to the bungalow).

Accessibility
The bungalow is all on one level and has no steps to enter. There is only 1 step from the rear terrace to the gardens and pool area but there are various steps in some areas of the gardens. Doors are of a standard size and may not be suitable for wheelchairs.
Outside
The rear terrace has a table and chairs with parasol. There are 2 sunbeds all all chairs and sunbeds have thick padded covers. The roof terrace has 4 chairs and a table. There is a charcoal BBQ. There are 4 swimming pools on the complex and the main pool is heated November - February. There are lovely sub tropical gardens in the complex. There is a charcoal BBQ
Coast/Beach
There is a small man made beach 10 minutes walk away but the best beaches are at Los Christianos and Playa De Las Americas which are only a short 15 minute drive away.
There is also windsurfing beaches only a 10 minute drive away at Medena.
Golf
5 mins walk from the bungalow is the 27 hole international championship course at Golf del Sur. The 800 sq.m. course beside the Atlantic Ocean is like a veritable oasis. There is a golf school as well as practice facilities. Also are tennis courts, lawn bowls green, bar-restaurant and pro shop.
Amarilla Golf and Country Club is also very close. This 18-hole course enjoys the incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Travel
The airport at Tenerife South is only 10 mins drive away. Car hire is available both at the airport and locally. There is a bus stop just outside. The palms complex and a taxi rank about 100m down the road.
Distances
The bungalow is only a 10 mins walk from the newly constructed marina which is overlooked by several good restaurants and bars. Evening entertainment is also available in the centre of Golf del Sur at the San Blas commercial centre where there is a selection of shops, bars and restaurants around the main square - this is a 15 mins stroll or 2 minutes by taxi. For self cater there are several small supermarkets within walking distance and a large Mercadona supermarket about approx 2 miles away.
