Changeover day
Apartment will be available from 2pm on day of arrival and on day of departure apartment to be vacated by 10am.

We operate a no smoking policy inside the apartment.
Accessibility
The property is on the ground floor and wheelchair access is available by using a small ramp.
Outside
Communal gardens to the front of the property, private car parking and the 15m communal swimming pool is for residents only.
Coast/Beach
A small shingle beach is 200m from the apartment and is due to be upgraded.
Golf
3 championship golf courses are in close proximity.
Travel
The nearest airport is Tenerife South and is twenty minutes drive away. Tenerife North airport is 1 hour's drive away at Santa Cruz.
Booking notes
20% of the rental fee is payable on booking, balance due 8 weeks prior to the rental.
For bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to the holiday, total payment is required on booking.
A refundable bond is required per booking of £150, this is to cover any breakages or damage that may be incurred during your stay. This will be refunded within 2 weeks.
Cancellation charges:
up to 8 weeks - deposit.
up to 4 weeks 50% of total.
4-0 weeks total cost is required.
