The apartment is situated in the quiet residential area of Callao Salvaje. The apartment complex is situated in the centre of the village close to all the local amenities, shops and restaurants. The ground floor apartment has the advantage of being frontline and boasts stunning views over the bay. The apartment has been fully refurbished and is fully equipped with everything required for a home-from-home holiday or short stay. The area of Callao Salvaje is close to 3 championship golf courses.

Changeover day
Apartment will be available from 2pm on day of arrival and on day of departure apartment to be vacated by 10am. However, we will accommodate any requests to the contrary if possible.

Accessibility
The property is on the ground floor and wheelchair access is available by using a small ramp.
Outside
Communal gardens to the front of the property, private car parking and the 15m communal swimming pool is for residents only.
Coast/Beach
A small shingle beach is 200m from the apartment and is currently being upgraded.
Golf
3 championship golf courses are in close proximity.
Travel
The nearest airport is Tenerife South and is twenty minutes drive away. Tenerife North airport is 1 hour's drive away at Santa Cruz.
Further details
The resort has plenty of restaurants to suits all ages, of varying costs. Our favourite is Sopresa Sorpresa, however, they are all very good in terms of quality, costs and variety.
There are 4 well stocked supermarkets to ensure all tastes are catered for. There is a very reliable bus service to neighbouring resorts.
There is a local health centre, money exchange facility, gift shops, internet locations.
Booking notes
20% of the rental fee is payable on booking, alance due 8 weeks prior to the rental. For bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to the holiday, total payment is required on booking. A refundable bond is req'd per booking of £100, this to cover any breakages or damage. This will be refunded within 2 weeks. A £25 (30€) cleaning fee is to be left on departure. Cancellation charges:
up to 8 weeks - deposit. Up to 4 weeks 50% of total. 4-0 weeks total cost is required.

About the owner
I live in the UK, and have travelled to Tenerife every year for the past 25/30 years. I always intended to buy my own place and 6 years ago I achieved my goal. I love the island for all the reasons so many others do. I chose this particular apartment for it's stunning location and it's wonderful view of the sea from balcony. A real view, not in the distance I may add.
The resort is not as busy or bustling as some of it's neighbours, however it has all the amenities, facilities, and services that are necessary to ensure a good holiday is enjoyed by all ages
There is an information folder in the apartment which gives you tips and hints to ensure your stay is a smooth one. We have English representative at hand if you require anything prior to your arrival or during your stay.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Primarliy for it's location and stunning view from the balcony. The pictures are taken from the balcony which gives you an idea of how near the sea is.
It's a peaceful resort, there are no high rise buildings, it is conveniently located for exploring the surrounding areas, either by car or public transport. Whilst it isn't as busy, noisy or bustling as Las Americas or Los Cristianos, there is plenty of variety for all ages.
The apartment is in a small complex, and is mainly occupied by residents. It has a communal pool, accessible by the residents only.
Most of the time you have it to your self.
There are sun loungers around the pool, showers and toilets for men and women.
Unique benefits of the property
The property has the benefit of it's own private car park, with a keyfob to operate the gates.
The property has recently had some refurbishment such as the whole of the balcony wall has been replaced with four sliding doors, meaning you can see the sea from anywhere in the open plan living room.
The apartment is equipped with everything required to ensure a home from home environment.
We have recently installed an electric oven and hob for guests who love their roast dinners!!!
We have also installed a 40" Full HD TV. It has a USB port for you to insert and watch your own films.
Whilst most of the programmes are in Spanish, there is a facility to change the Language if needs be.
