The villa is situated in a quiet residential area where you can relax in peaceful secluded surroundings whilst being within a few minutes of the main resort. The villa has a large patio and BBQ area which is perfect for those al fresco dining, the pool is heated and is 1.4m deep all over so no deep end to worry about. The extensive tropical gardens are well secluded with ample sunbeds and patio furniture which completes the outside facilities. The villa has a secure gated entrance with parking for 2 cars. On the upstairs bedroom it leads to a private patio with seating if you need to escape and read a book as this area overlooks the garden and pool. Also the larger downstairs bedroom has a small patio to sit out and admire the pool and garden. This property will appeal to families who like a bit of space.

Preferred change over day is normally Thursday to Thursday but is flexible on off peak times.

The Villa is fully cleaned inside & out with clean sheets, pillow cases, towels & tea towels proir to your arrival. If clients are staying for 2 weeks a full change of linen & towels are given. |
Notes on accommodation
The Villa is regarded as a typical Canarian style villa with lots of beautiful features. The upstairs family bedroom and one of the larger bedrooms downstairs has the benefit of a double and a single bed in the same room, so if you have a small child and you need to be near, this can be the ideal situation.

Outside
The grounds are very secluded with a mature tropical garden with a heated 8 mrs x 4 mtrs swimming pool which is all 1.4 mtrs deep all over, the pool is surrounded with astra turf and has lots of space for sunbeds, the open sunbed area is at the side of the pool. The large covered patio has seating for 10 people with a big built in BBQ for those warm evenings.
Coast/Beach
The main sandy beach is in Puerto del Carmen which is only 5 mins drive or approx 15 mins walk away, the Old Town is great for good bars with lots of restaurants, so if you do not fancy going to the main Avenida for a meal or drink you can easily walk to the old town in 10 mins. The island has lots of other beach area's locally, with Papagayo being the main one which has 5 beautiful sandy beaches.
Golf
The nearest and most newest 18 hole Golf course is Puerto Puerto Del Carmen which is only 5 mins drive away from the Villa, it is a new course which open it's full 18 holes in July 2008, this is a very challenging and exciting course and is the Lanzarote's second course. The other is Costa Teguise and this is approx 20 mins drive away, a third planned in Puerto Calero to start construction in Jan 2009 and a fourth in Playa Blanca programmed to start in 2009, but for the moment 2 very good challenging couses.
Travel
The villa is approx 15 mins drive from the airport with plenty of taxi's available if you do not wish to rent a car.
