A luxury villa with private heated pool heated in the winter months and which has recently been fully renovated throughout to a very high standard. The villa gets the sun all day on the new terraces! There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounge to keep you cool. The villa has high walls around the property and intercom on the large entrance gate for privacy, security shutters on all windows and patio doors for added security and to keep the villa cool in the height of summer. There are some sea views from one of the terraces. We are third property back from the sea! The outside terraces have adequate patio tables and chairs for al fresco dining and plenty of space for sunbathing on the 6 sunbeds and 4 parasols. The management company office is close to the villa to deal with any problems that may arise. Just around the corner from the villa there is a patisserie selling fresh bread and pastries daily! Changeover day is flexible including Saturdays.

Notes on accommodation
All rooms have ceiling fans, security shutters on all windows and patio doors keep the villa cool in the height of summer. The villa is serviced with plenty of hot water from 2 electric boilers. The property is ideal for children as it is all on one level and there's plenty of space for play! Did you know it is reported that Callao Salvaje is the sunniest point of Tenerife!

Outside
The newly constructed private heated swimming pool 7m x 4m depth 1m shallow end and 1.75m deep end is easy accessed by Roman steps, there is a pool shower, pool lifebuoy safety ring and spacious new terraces with awning (if shade is needed for dining) make for lazy relaxing sunbathing days. The pool is maintained and cleaned professionally by a local company. There are electric lamps at 5 points all around the property and one on the entrance gate for when you return from your evenings out. The outside terraces have adequate patio tables and chairs for alfresco dining and plenty of space for sunbathing.
Coast/Beach
The beach is half sand and half pebble there is a jetty for fishing, snorkelling etc. There is also an excellent regular bus service from resort to Playa Las Americas, Los Cristianos, Fanabe, La caleta and other neighbouring resorts, the beautiful beaches of Fanabe are well worth a visit and are just an 8-10 minute drive. In the other direction there is Playa San Juan and the resort of Los Gigantes with it's spectacular cliffes all in a 15 minute drive!
Golf
From this villa 3 major golf courses can be easily reached by car,although in total there are 5 golf courses in the south of Tenerife.
1) Abama Golf Complex distance 4km.
2) Golf Costa Adeje distance 5km.
3) Golf Las Americas distance 9km.

Travel
The nearest airport is Reina Sofia in the south of Tenerife which is about 25 mins drive away, taxis are readily available and are about 30 euros to the airport from the villa. There are plenty of transfer companies on the internet which will transfer you from the airport to your villa. Car hire can be booked at our management office or at Reina Sofia Airport. The use of a car is not essential but good if you wish to explore the beautiful island of Tenerife.
Distances
Sueno Azul where the villa is situated is a lovely residential area and a southern resort (this villa is the third property back from the sea!) with restaurants, bars, supermarkets, internet cafe's, pharmacy, doctor, banks hotels, taxis, bus services and the sea with a lot of the restaurants having sea views, if you wish to venture further 10 mins drive will bring you to Playas Las Americas and Los Cristianos.
Further details
Playas Las Americas and Los Cristianos are about 10km which you can travel to by local bus or taxi. We have a local taxi rank in resort, information of the local area, taxis, hospitals and doctor and resort amenities are all documented in the management book which is placed in the villa. The management office is only along the road from the villa and can offer you excursions, carhire etc. The villa is in a lovely residential area which is well established and therefore there is no building work going on near or around this property.
Booking notes
£100 deposit per week booking is required and the balance is required 8 weeks before travel payable to a UK account. Payment outside the UK can be made to a euro account. We give discounts for long stays.
