Located 3 minutes from the award-winning beach of El Medano, as well as shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The building is located in a quiet residential street and is a 3 minute walk from the area's main supermarket. The property is maintained to a very high standard, has wheelchair access, and a large children's playground at the back. Other than the beach, it also boasts two wind surfing locations, often being referred to as the wind surfing/absailing capital of the world. It is 10km from 2 golf courses of international standard. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), washing machine, TV, and DVD player. It is ideal for three but an additional pull-out bed can comfortably sleep a fourth person. For a small extra cost, a storage room can be supplied for storing bicycles, motor scooters, wind surfing equipment, etc. Cleaning service is included.

Changeover day
The changeover day is flexible. Cleaning and linen/towel change is done prior to arrival and thereafter on a weekly basis. Any other requests will be considered.

| Living Rooms: | Lounge room with flat-screen TV and DVD. The TV has both English and Spanish channels. |
| Other: | The flat has a spiral stairway leading to a private roof terrace. It also has an attached balcony. There is a washing machine in the storage room on the roof terrace. |

Towels and linen are included. The property is cleaned on arrival, and subsequently once a week. Towels and linen are also rotated at this time. |

The island is small enough so no car journey is longer than one hour. Santa Cruz (the capital) is 45 minutes by car.

The booking is made by phone, with a 50% deposit on booking and the balance 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
