It's just a 5 minute drive from the main resort of Playa Blanca but just a stone's throw away from the local bakery, mini markets, cafe/bars and a Chinese restaurant. Villa Vista is available for rent throughout the year and regularly has repeat guests which is a testament to its popularity and high standard.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. Arrival time is 2pm and departure time is 10am. These times can be negotiable but please understand that this time is necessary in order to ensure that the villa is properly cleaned before you move in.

Towels and bed linen included. Please bring your own pool towels. Bed linen changed once a week, towels twice. Maid service twice a week, does not include washing dishes. Pool is cleaned twice a week. |

Lockable gate to pool area to give parents of smaller children peace of mind. Welcome pack provided, including tea, coffee, milk, water, wine and juice.

Coast/Beach
One minute's walk to seafront with paved coastal promenade that leads into Playa Blanca. Panoramic views across the ocean and the islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura. The nearest beach, Flamingo beach, is a 5 minute drive away. Papagayo (considered to have the best beaches on the island) is a 15 minute drive away. Playa Blanca village and port is a 5 minute drive or less than €5 taxi ride.
Golf
30 minutes drive to the nearest golf course near Costa Teguise.
Travel
Arrecife airport approx 30 mins drive. Car hire recommended in order to explore this wonderful island. Restaurants at El Golfo and Playa Quemada are really worth a visit.
Distances
Playa Blanca village is a 5 mins drive away, however, just a couple of minutes walk will take you to a Chinese restaurant, cafés, where you can get everything from a full, cooked breakfast to tasty baguettes and crepes. There's also an English pub with good food, pool table and satellite t.v. showing major sporting events. There are 2 small convenience stores with all your essentials and UK papers.
Further details
Playa Blanca village has an excellent selection of shops, bars and supermarkets, not to mention its seafront restaurants with great views across the ocean to Fuerteventura and the ferry between both islands.
Booking notes
Bookings can be made by telephone, with deposit being paid at time of booking. Balance of payment must be made a minimum of 6 weeks prior to stay. Booking made less than 6 weeks prior to stay must be paid for in full at time of booking.
