The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron/ironing board, dining table/chairs and all the usual kitchen utensils. |

Light and spacious, the lounge is comfortably furnished including a 3-seater settee/sofabed. It opens out onto a terrace with additional dining furniture and a beautiful view of the garden, pool area and sea. Satellite TV, DVD and radio/CD player. |

Towels (but not beach towels) and linen included. Spare bed linen is also available. No maid service. The apartment is cleaned before and after visits. |

The complex is set in a lovely tropical garden with a spacious shared swimming pool, large terrace area with sun loungers and a separate childrens' pool.
The entrance/exit is gated with key-operated access. Car parking is available directly outside the complex or alternatively within a couple of minutes walk.
Coast/Beach
Playa del Cura beach, right outside the complex gate, is sandy, clean and safe for swimming. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for hire.
Close-by (2km) is the spectacular Amadores beach with its beautiful white Caribbean sand, a sheltered swimming area and a wide variety of restaurants with extensive parking.
Golf
Situated just 2km away in the next bay is the Anfi Tauro par 3 golf course with magnificent sea and mountain views. An 18 hole championship standard course is under construction.
Also within a short drive is the established PGA course in Maspalomas and Salobre Golf.
Travel
Las Palmas airport is approx 50 km away by motorway. One-way transfers to Playa del Cura are approx 40/50 Euros.
Car hire is not essential as taxis are cheap, there is also a frequent bus service from the resort.
Distances
Puerto Rico with its vibrant nightlife and extensive shopping facilities is only 4 km away, about 4 Euros by taxi. There is a sandy beach and lots of activities for children.
Puerto de Mogan is also a short drive away (6 km) and has a beautiful boating marina and sandy beach, lots of sailing and water sports and charming waterfront eateries. It's no wonder it is called "Little Venice" having maintained its quaint beauty.
Further details
The local shopping centre is 2 mins walk and has a Spar supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars. A bank cash machine is located just outside the entrance gate to the complex.
Booking notes
Booking deposit of 100 Euros, refundable if booking cancelled within 8 weeks of departure, balance due 6 weeks before departure. There is also a 100 Euros returnable deposit against breakages and loss of keys payable at the time of booking.
