This wonderful apartment is situated in a quiet and restful complex. There are no hotels, no constant loud traffic no bustling and noisy nightlife - although all this can be found only 10 mins drive away in Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. This is the perfect location for those who want to enjoy a restful, relaxing holiday. The sea and coastline are just a few mins away and great views of the pool area, mountain and sea can be enjoyed and appreciated from both terraces. This is also the perfect location for golfers with 5 fantastic golf courses within 15 mins drive, the nearest being just 5 mins away. The apartment is furnished to the highest of standards. The large spacious living area has two sofas, one being a sofabed, coffee table, and bookcase. There is a large screen LCD TV, DVD player and stereo. The large patio window opens onto a terrace with a table and chairs for 6 people, overlooks the pool and has fantastic views of the sea, mountain and coastline.

Accessibility
Access to the apartment is gained by a flight of stairs and the terraces have low walls and railings which make it unsuitable for young children. The entrance to the complex also has a small flight of stairs. Guests with mobility problems may experience difficulties with the spiral staircase leading to the roof terrace.
Outside
The panoramic views from the apartment terraces are unrivalled. The table and six chairs on the lower terrace offer some seclusion and privacy for meals and evening relaxation. The complex is clean, tidy and well kept. The pool area offers some sunbeds and has a large pool along with a small shallow children's pool.
Coast/Beach
Just a few minutes walk down the road brings you to the recently constructed sea front which has two small fish ponds and is a lovely place to stroll down at any time of day. The substantial seating areas are a lovely place to sit, relax and watch the sunset.
Golf
There are 5 fantastic golf courses within easy travelling of the apartment with the nearest being just 5 minutes away.
Travel
Reina Sofia International Airport is 15 minutes away. A car is recommended to enable you to fully enjoy the beauty of Tenerife although you can use a taxi or book excusions at the local supermarket. A taxi from the airport would cost approximately 20 euros. Los Cristianos and Las Americas are also a taxi ride away again at a cost of approximately 20 euros and a travelling time of 10/15 minutes. There is no public transport.
Distances
Tenerife has many places to explore and discover and a car is definately recommended to get the best of the island. The popular tourist areas of Los Cristianos and Las Americas are the closest to Palm-Mar. Travelling to other popular places such asMount Teide, Los Gigantes, El Medano and Santa Cruz can be easily undertaken.

Booking notes
Bookings are accepted and confirmed with a £50 non returnable deposit with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. Keys and informational leaflet are posted out approximately 10 days before departure. Late bookings will require payment in full.
