Apartamento Altamira is situated on the beach front of Playa del Duque next to Playa de Fañabé. From the apartment there are excellent walks to the village of La Caleta or along the Playas promenade (known as the 'Geranium Walk') as far as Los Cristianos with numerous bars and restaurants along the way. Nearby, there is the Golf Costa Adeje golf course.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Arrangements can be made for longer stays. For more than 2 guests a charge of £15 per week will be made to cover the cost of additional bed linen/towel washing.
Changeover day
We are fully flexible with the changeover day. If there are no other guests arriving on the day of your departure, you are welcome to stay in the apartment until you have to leave for the airport.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | The bedroom has twin beds with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Two fans are provided for your use. There is a single folding guest bed for young children and a travel cot for babies. Highchairs can be hired. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, sink and plenty of space for toiletries etc. |
| Kitchen: | There is a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, oven, toaster, microwave and fridge. An iron and ironing board are kept in the bedroom wardrobe. |
| Living Rooms: | The sitting room has plenty of comfortable sofas and chairs and the TV is programmed to receive English channels and Sky News. There is also a video player should you wish to take your own videos to watch. There is also a fan for your use. |
| Other: | Out through the patio doors there is a patio area with table, chairs and parasol. There are safes for your personal items at reception. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The apartment will be ready for your stay and beds will be made up. If your stay is longer than one week the cleaning and bed linen change will be carried out at 7 day intervals. Please bring your own beach towels. |

We appreciate no smoking or pets in the apartment.
Accessibility
The apartment is on the ground floor and there is a lift down to the pool area.
Outside
The pool area which contains 1 large pool and 1 smaller pool has attractive surroundings and there are plenty of sun loungers. There is a small charge for the hire of mattreses for the sun loungers. There is also a small pool to one side for babies and toddlers.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is situated on the beach front and is simply a walk down the hill from the reception or straight out through the gate at the poolside. All guests are supplied with a key for this back gate.
Golf
There is a fairly new golf course nearby called the Golf Costa Adeje.
Travel
The Airport (Reina Sofia, Tenerife Sur) is a 20 minute taxi/car drive away, the cost is around 27 euros (one way).
Distances
There is a bus service a short walk from the apartment which will take you to the town of Adeje, Playa de Las Americas, Los Cristianos etc. This bus stop is situated near the Riu Hotel which is next to Altamira.
Further details
There are two small supermarkets opposite the Altamira complex which sell fresh bread daily and a designer shopping centre at Plaza del Duque and many other shops a short walk away.
Booking notes
There is a non-refundable £100/£150 (depending on time of year) deposit per week with the balance being paid 6 weeks before the departure date.
