This brand new villa, completed and furnished in May 2007 is just a 5 minute walk to Flamingo beach. It comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 2 twins. It can comfortably sleep eight people, has 3 bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, private heated pool, 8 seater jacuzzi spa and is furnished to the very highest standard, has UK satellite TV, wireless internet access and welcomes young children & babies. One of only a few centrally located villas (of this size) in Playa Blanca, Villa Vida is only a 5 minute stroll to the beautiful Playa Flamingo beach and 20 minutes from the old town's bars and restaurants.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is a Thursday (as most UK airports arrive on this day) although if you wish to arrive on another day, just ask.

Towels and linen are included and left weekly. The property is cleaned weekly more frequent on request at an additional charge. |

This Villa is ideal for children and included 2 cots, 2 highchairs and a baby listening monitor. The property is all on one level so is easily accessed by pushchairs etc.

Accessibility
The property would also be ideal for disabled guests as there are no steps. The property can be accessed from the road via a small ramp on the driveway. All baths in the property are lowered to provide easier access. My brother-in-law has muscular dystrophy and is bound to an electric wheelchair. He has no problem accessing the property and can independently access all of the property. Various mobility equipment can be hired & made available to you on arrival. Coast/Beach
The nearest and one of the prettiest of beaches is that of Playa Flamingo, just a 5 minute stroll from the villa, here you will find a most picturesque beach ideally situated for children and adults alike to enjoy completely safe bathing, it boasts its own lifeguard station. Available for hire are sunbeds and parasols for your complete comfort. Restaurants and shops are immediately accessible.
Golf
The island features many world class golf courses.
Travel
Arrecife Airport 30 minutes away. Approx 35 Euro in a taxi. A hire car is not essential for this villa.

Playa Blanca old town - 20 minutes stroll.
Timanfire National Park - 10 minutes drive.
Playa Blanca Marina - 45 minutes walk, 5 minutes drive.

Local supermarkets are within a 2 minute walk, bars and restaurants are 5 mins (Playa Flamingo) or 20 mins walk into Playa Blanca old town. Leisure activities are available in the Lanzur club (at the bottom of the street) they have facilities for 5-a-side football, mini golf, tennis etc other activities in the area include Cycling, Go-karting, Horseback Riding, Golf, Fishing, Scuba Diving, Surfing, Trekking, Windsurfing, Sailing, Luxury Motor Yacht Cruises.

We got back today from our fabulous week in Lanzarote at Villa Vida. I can't tell you how lovely it was to stay somewhere so clean and spacious with absolutely eveything you need for the perfect holiday. We loved the villa, the town, flamingo beach everything was just lovely. My daughter had such a fantastic time she's got red marks on her face from the snorkel mask (it was so hard to get her out of the swimming pool at the end of everyday). We all had such a good time and would definatly go back to villa VIDA
