The villa sits in beautiful private grounds with a number of other villas. The gardens are beautifully planted with mature palm trees and exotic flowering shrubs. There are 2 sparkling blue swimming pools, 1 heated for your comfort, plus a baby pool, and a cafe bar close to hand. Perfectly positioned just a minute from the sea, a 10 mins walk or a couple of minutes by taxi, from Playa Blanca port and town. Plus only minutes from Flamingo Beach. Its location offers the option of a quiet relaxing retreat for all the family, fun packed watersports, a nightlife filled escape or a combination of all three. Atlantic Gardens offers several facilities, 24/7 reception, tennis and volleyball courts, internet access, laundry room, mini market and a marvellous 'jungle house' and garden where children can safely play. An information and welcome pack is provided on arrival, including water, milk, juice, tea, coffee, sugar and a bottle of wine of your choice - red, white or rose.

The twin bedroom has a contemporary Spanish feel with comfortable twin beds which can be pushed together to make a king size bed. The decor is a fusion of whites and blues mixed with heavy Spanish furniture made specifically for this villa.

The bathroom comprises of white pedestal washbasin, flush toilet and shower over 1/2 bath. |
| Kitchen: |
The kitchen area has been thoughtfully renewed with marble worktop, halogen hob, under counter refridgerator and built-in microwave/grill. Also provided for your use is kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, saucepans, bowls and all usual kitchen utensils. |
| Living Rooms: |
This airy room has been beautifully furnished with a comfortable new double sofabed, heavy Spanish wooden occasional tables, paintings, cable TV and CD/DVD player with a small library for your use. This is the perfect place to relax and chill out. |
Cleaning/towels/

Twice weekly maid service is provided, including two towel changes, one linen change per week. Please bring own beach towels. |

Accessibility
Atlantic Gardens is predominently flat, with just a couple of steps in the grounds. As an alternative, there is also a winding gentle slope for the less mobile.
Outside
The covered terrace is furnished with table and 4 chairs, is surrounded by gardens and has views of the pool area. It is the perfect place to relax, share a glass of wine with a friend and watch the sun go down.
At the rear of the villa there is a private open room, furnished with 2 sunbeds, perfect for a spot of private sunbathing. A retractable line is also located here, so towels and clothes may be dried in the sunshine.
Swimming pool area: In this peaceful area, you have two swimming pools and a baby pool to choose from, all immaculately clean and sparkling blue. The two largest pools are edged by a tranquil waterfall effect. One pool is heated for your comfort. There are ample sunbeds and sunshades for your use, and a cafe bar is close by, for your convenience.
Coast/Beach
The Atlantic Ocean is at the foot of Atlantic Gardens. This is a stretch of rocky coastline, only for the surefooted.
A 5 minute walk along the coastal path brings you to the golden sandy beach of Playa Flamingo. A delightful calm bay which gives safe bathing for children and families.
The famous Papaygyo Beach can be reached by water taxi from the port of Playa Blanca. This beach consists of 3 secluded sandy bays, a Naturists paradise!
Travel
The transfer to Arrecife airport is 35 minutes by taxi or car. Detailed directions can be given on request.
Car hire is not essential as there are ample shops, restaurants, bars and beaches within 10 minutes walking distance of Atlantic Gardens.
Distances
The villa is a minute from the sea, Playa Blanca port and town are a 10-15 minute walk along the well lit promenade. If you wish to explore the island, you will find details about a huge variety of trips and places to visit in the information pack I provide. The helpful reception staff can assist you with specific bookings.
Booking notes
If you choose to book, a 10% deposit is payable to make the reservation, with the full balance becoming due 10 weeks prior to the arrival date.
Payments to be made by personal cheque or bank transfer.
