Newly built 2 bedroom townhouse which can sleep 6, furnished to make your stay as comfortable a possible. Bed linen and towels provided. Upstairs bathroom and shower, lounge downstairs with sofa bed additional toilet and handbasin. Fitted kitchen with all mod cons, leads to patio area overlooking the swimming pool, has air-conditioning and upstairs balconies in each bedroom, one with sea view to the side. Kitchen includes cooker, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. Crockery for 6 people, toaster and kettle etc. We have also included TV, DVD player and portable CD player. Patio furniture is provided to enjoy eating outside overlooking the pool, sunbeds are also available. A baby chair and cot is also provided. There is a downstairs garage that can be permitted for use on request.

Notes on accommodation
Suitable for children of all ages. Also suitable for couples sharing as single beds in both bedrooms can be easily pushed together. Also has double sofa bed in lounge. The house and development are new, and furnished to a high standard. High quality tiled bathrooms, and throughout, we hope we have thought of everything to make your holiday as enjoyble as possible including air-conditioning. The house has a wonderful poolside position with patio doors leading out to the pool area and an upstairs balcony also overlooking the pool. The other balcony at the front of the house has a left side sea view and also overlooks the rocky desert landscape so typical of the island.

Beach 5 minutes walk to beautiful sandy horseshoe shaped bay and picturesque harbour.

Golf course just over 1 mile away.
Travel
Airport 10 minute drive - cost approx 10 euros by taxi. Car hire facility available in the resort. Several airlines fly to Fuerteventura such as Thompson, Thomas Cook and Ventura. From the 28 October 2008 the low cost Airline Ryanair will be flying to the Island from Stansted.
Distances
15 - 20 minute drive to the capital and a PGA standard golf course just over 1 mile away. There is a larger shopping mall Atlantico a 5 minute drive away.
Further details
All bars and restaurants are a 5 minute walk away. Caleta has pockets of bars and restaurents dotted all around and the house is in a fantastic position to reach all the variety of them, literally 5 minutes.
Booking notes
£200 deposit required when booking. We will then send you confirmation invoice. 6 weeks prior to your holiday full payment is required. A returnable £100 damage deposit is payable at this time, but please note, this is repayable 14 days after your holiday ends, and you will get this back providing the house is not purposely damaged!
