Palm Mar is located between Guaza Mountain and the nature reserve of Malpais de la Rasca, ideal for pleasant walks, and the marine environment has an abundance of tropical fish and the entrance to Palm Mar's underwater cave includes a sunken memorial to under water photographer Jacques Cousteau. There is a selection of local shops and resturants five minutes away. The rugged natural beach has views of Playa de las Americas, which is a lively resort and only fifteen minutes drive away. Cape Salema is a new apartment complex with its own secure access. There is a lift to all floors, but apartment 3101 is on the first floor and can be accessed without using stairs or the lift. It is a spacious one bedroomed apartment equipped with sofa bed to sleep two, microwave, cooker, toaster, DVD player, bed linen and cooking equipment for four persons.

Easy level access to apartment, pool and garden, without using stairs or lift. 50 yard incline from entrance to main road. easy access to small selection of local bars and shops using slopes. 5 to 10 minutes gentle slope to seafront and slope onto rugged beach with some sandy areas. Good level prommenade, very quiet roads parking directly outside in the road.

Large pool and children's pool in landscaped gardens. Sun chairs and umbrella provided in apartment.

Coast/Beach
5 minutes walk, rugged beach small area of sand, children's playground on promenade. Only suitable for good swimmers.

Golf
Fifteen minutes drive to Golf Sur.

Good location for walks through the national park along the rugged coastline.

Travel
Fifteen minutes by car or taxi from TFS airport. Car hire or taxi essential to visit other locations. Fifteen minutes by car to Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. Some coach excursions pick up almost opposite the apartments.
