| Bathrooms: | The bathroom has a shower cubiclewith shower screen, a wash hand basin, bidet and WC. The room is tiled throughout. |
| Kitchen: | The American style kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. All crockery and cooking utensils are provided, along with cutlery. |
| Utility Room: | A washing machine and iron and ironing board are provided for the use of guests. |
| Living Rooms: | 2 reclining leather sofas provide seating in the lounge, which also has a TV receiving satellite broadcasts, a DVD recorder and a CD stereo. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The apartment will be cleaned prior to guests' arrival and on completion of their stay. For guests staying for two weeks a linen change will be done midway. A washing machine is provided. |

About the owner
We are a semi retired couple who love to come out to Tenerife to enjoy the sun, the quiet complex, and eating out in great restaurants while enjoying a bottle of wine or two! We rent to adults only and prefer non smokers. We furnish the apartment to what we think is a high standard with quality furnishings and hopefully all the little extras you need. We have been very lucky with our renters to date who have all looked after the apartment which helps us to maintain our standards. We now have couples who come two or three times a year to enjoy our home in the sun, we hope you will now become one of those!
