Luxury airy apartment overlooking pool and the ocean. The bedroom has a lovely kingsize bed and is lovely and bright. Kitchen has all facilities including large American style fridge/freezer. Bathroom is fully fitted with bath and overhead shower. There is also a washing machine. Lounge area is bright and airy with fans it has a large LCD TV with Sky television with DVD player there is a hi-fi also. I can safely say it is a home-from-home experience. On the balcony we have a luxury table and chair set.

Changeover day
I am quite flexible on changeover day if there is somebody coming into apartment you would have to leave for 10am if not I would be quite happy for you to use facilities up until you depart.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment would be suitable for 1 child.
Accessibility
The apartment is straight off a road side and up a short flight of stairs so would suit people who have problems with walking not really suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
On the balcony there is a table and chairs. The balcony overlooks the pool which is heated. There are plenty of beds around the pool. There is also a patio area if you prefer.
Coast/Beach
The beach on Los Christianos is approximately 800m away, 10 mins walk.
Golf
The nearest 18 hole golf course is the superb 'Golf Las Americas' which is approximately 10 mins in the car, there are another 2 or 3 more 18 hole courses such as 'Golf Del Sur' and 'Costa Adeje' also a Par 3 course for those who only want a short game.
Travel
From airport it would take you approx 20 mins in the car.
Distances
800m to Los Cristianos.
Los Americas 10 mins in taxi 5 euros.
Further details
We have a service where by we can arrange for a member of our management team to collect you from the airport and take you straight to the apartment (he will even carry your cases) this service is 20 euros each way that is if you would like him to take you back to the airport. All you would need to do is give me your flight details and i will forward them on.
Booking notes
On booking apartment we will require a non refundable 50% deposit. The balance of the full rental is due 8 weeks prior to departure. Full payment is required for all late bookings within 8 weeks of departure date. Please note couples over the age of 25 yrs only.

About the owner
Hi we are Karen and Malcolm Hession and we come from the North East of England Newcastle Upon Tyne. We have one Son and a Cocker Spaniel Ellie. My wife Karen has a Picture Framing Business and Gallery which is well established and has been operating over 20 years. I myself sold my Company which was powered access nearly 4 years ago I fill my time in with helping Karen when required and enjoy a couple of games of golf a week.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We purchased the Apartment in Oasis Del Sur which is a quieter area of Los Christianos, there are plenty of shops and excellent Restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. Its also easy enough to get out and about in the car and we have excellent parking facilities right outside of the apartment which again is very accessible being on the first floor. There is also a Taxi rank just around the corner if you fancied going into Los Americas usually costs around 5 euros. Obviously the weather played a great part in our choice to buy in Tenerife. We also own a Villa in Spain which we frequent quite often unfortunately this is not available to rent.
Unique benefits of the property
Unlike most Spanish rentals our apartment benefits from having the luxury of a Kingsize bed and also a washing machine. We also have fantastic sea views and a spectacular view of the evening sunset.
