Outside
The property is set in 1100m plot with mature landscaped gardens. The pool size is approx 9x8m in a grand piano shape. Sun loungers and separate dining area for 6 by the brick built BBQ. Shaded pool bar with fridge and electric should you wish to use the radio/CD player.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are El Cotillo 15 mins or the dunes in Corralejo 10 mins. Both are perfect for the whole family. The south side of El Cotillo is well worth a visit to watch the surfers and kite boarders.
Golf
Two established golf courses 30 mins away.
Travel
Fuerteventura airport is 30 mins away. Corralejo harbour for visits to Lanzarote is 15 mins.
Distances
The nearest large town is Corralejo, however the centre of Villaverde is 2 mins drive and has rural bars, restaurants, bakers and 2 supermarkets of which one has most of your requirements. Alternatively La Oliva is 2 mins drive having a Chinese and excellent Italian pizza takeaway.

A 30% deposit is payable upon booking (non refundable) with the balance payable no less than 6 weeks prior to arrival.
